I was thrilled when I found a few treasures here! They owner was very knowledgable about designer labels and was very helpful. I will be back!

Like the store cat. He’s sweet. The owners are not. Their stuff is way over priced for second hand. Like 400 for a work prom dress. I found a similar one on line for 180.
But they do decorate their store very cute.

I’ve shopped at Upscale Fashions a few times a year since 2009 and the majority of my visits left me feeling like I wasn’t needed or valued as a customer. The last time I was there was about two weeks ago and that is going to be my last visit. I believe in offering multiple chances but when it comes to a point where I am overwhelmed with bad vibes, barely acknowledge as a customer, and was treated rudely repeatedly, that’s when I know I need to take my business elsewhere.
This review is being written by someone who has visited this store at least 10 times so this is not based on one occurrence but rather a serious of bad experiences with this business. For the most part, whenever I’ve gone in and the owner is there, she barely acknowledges any of her customers, not just me. A few times I’ve asked her questions and her responses were dry and abrasive. Once when I went there and the owner was on the phone speaking very loudly: I could tell it was a personal call. Not one time did she acknowledge me and she was on the phone the entire time I was in the store which was about 20 minutes. The owner should be very thankful for and appreciative toward the other lady who’s always there working as she is a lot friendlier and definitely more helpful. During my last visit both ladies were there and the other lady acknowledged me and informed me of the winter clearance items. Well before I could get to the clearance racks with dresses in my size they removed all of the items and basically told me I was out of luck because they had to put out spring items. This really unnerved me and made me decide that I just won’t shop in this store again. The merchandise is nice and I’m even okay with the prices but I refuse to spend my money where I am blatantly not valued when there are so many other consignment shopping options in the Atlanta area.

My sister and I went to upscale fashions Aug 3^rd 2014 and was very disappointed… I noticed a pair of sunglasses behind the counter that I wanted to look at and when asked to look at them I was told immediately that they were over 200 dollars before I could look at them I felt profiled and will never return to UPSCALE FASHIONS!!!

This place has forgotten its a «THRIFT STORE» which means «USED ISH» the owner she jacks the price up each time and gets away with it by calling the items «upscale» The Thrift store just down the street isnt @ attractive looking from the outside, but they have much better deals with a wider selection and their service isnt «pretentious»
Has anyone of you happy hunters found any awesome Thrift stores in stockbridge/​henry county if u find yard sales, flea markets, auctions, estate sales that r awesome send me a Note… Happy Hunting :-)
