Workout Anytime

Went to go sign up for a membership today. When I got there before 5:00pm (staffed til 8pm), there was no staff member on site. A guy installing window tint got a trainer, and she was very nice and gave me a tour but knew little about membership pricing as that is not her job. None of the trainers knew where the front desk staff was, so I left and came back about 25 minutes later.
I called a couple of weeks ago and was told by a nice gentleman that they waived initiation fees for public safety/​law enforcement personnel.
When I mentioned this to the young lady up front, she said she had no idea what I was talking about. She attempted to call somebody and a few minutes later, said that they did not offer such a thing. I don’t feel entitled to a special offer, but expect consistency in the information that is given out to potential members, whether by phone or in person. Naturally, I didn’t get the man’s name that I spoke with.
The facility is relatively new and the equipment is new and nice. It’s not huge but has everything you could need for the most part. Trainer seemed knowledgable and nice. Not too impressed with the front staff though. Decided to take my business elsewhere as a result.
