A A City Cab

If I could post with negative stars I would with this company.
I didn’t know that the city of Stockton has about 2 legit cab companies and they are both unreliable. No shit.
We were there for a wedding at the country club and didn’t even imagine it would be a problem getting a cab back especially between a country club and Hilton hotel. We should have known when the cab over to the venue showed up 20 minutes late even though we called 75 minutes ahead of time to specify a pick up time AND there was another person in the cab, probably the driver’s daughter???
When asked about the return trip, she gave us their business card and said that the company operates 24 hours so return trip is a no problem. When it was time for us to leave, we called about 10:30pm and found out that the number on the card was her cell phone# and it’s been turned off. We had to look up for the company phone# and finally arranged for one. We waited, and waited, and waited… no cab. They promised 30 minutes but after an hour, still no cab. We tried to call another company but they apparently didn’t want to come pick us up and kept saying «they’ll send a cab when they can». WTF? What the hell kind of a CAB COMPANY is that? We ended up resorting to calling the hotel and asking for help. They are the ones that actually came through and came to pick us up in one of the employee’s personal car after she got off work.
This company NEVER SHOWED UP. We saw a cab past midnight but it wasn’t from this company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE! You’ll be better off paying your friends to drive or even a stranger to drive you. Their car was old, dirty, and shitty anyway… it wasn’t a cab but more like a Mexican donkey.
