Great hardware store. Smiling employees who know their stuff. Personalized attention unlike some of the box stores.
Brought a screen in to be repaired and as luck would have it the repair person was working today. Looks like I will have it finished today.
Can’t ask for better service than that!

Today they wasted my time big time!!! Was there twice today, first time their atm machines were down and were only taking cash. (which I had none on me!) Sencond trip they did not have what I needed. Worker suggested a alternative and said should work. It did not! Now I have to go back for a third time to return item! Thanks for wasting my day ACE.

I like the staff, the selection of goods and the location. On the East side of Stockton, Ace Hardware makes life a lot easier for a lot of people. Its warm family like atmosphere and friendly staff always make the shopping experience pleasurable. On staff member comes to mind when ever I think of this Ace, her name is Carlotta and she is very informative and always a pleasure to talk to. This is one place you are surely not made to feel like a number. I also like that they make keys here as well as do special orders on things you need that they might not have in stock. I recommend this place if you are on the East side.

Nothing could be easier than dealing with the people at Fremont Hardware. Here is a hardware store where the employees goal is customer satisfaction. It has been a long while since I was able to get over 90 percent of what I needed at one hardware store. I saved days worth of shopping time by going to Fremont Hardware.
This should be the first place to go for hardware for many Unilocalers in Stockton. The inventory is so good you may not need to travel elsewhere.
