Everyone in there is nice and helpful. The guy in the glasses area (sorry forgot his name) is very sweet. He found out that Stanton optical did not give me a Michael kors case (stanton optical gave me a cheap ugly orange case for my Michael kors glasses) so he gave me one himself. Very satisfied costumer. Thank you guys!

Dr. Ho is super friendly & makes you feel comfortable. He explained everything detail by detail. Everyone else in the office is nice and friendly too. Very clean inside with plenty of chairs. Also has a nice selection of frames! I also love that they have a 10 – 15 min parking space right in the front so you don’t waste time looking for parking in that busy shopping center.

I gave a 2 stars because although we love Dr. Nyugen, the Asian receptionist is rude. My son went in there to try to practice for contact lenses and his eyes are really sensitive. The receptionist was helping him but told him that he will never be able to put contacts in his eyes and was not doing it correctly. what is she there for if not teach him how to put them in and take them out. We are not getting the service for free, we are paying for it and she cannot even give good service. The place he went to last year were very patient with him and I would rather pay a little more to get good service instead of rudeness.

Dr. Nguyen is the best! I’ve been seen by him for 14 years now. He’s very thorough and easy to talk to. He doesn’t rush his appointments. I came in today at 4:30 (their last appointment time), and was really indecisive. I couldn’t decide on whether or not I wanted to do a contact fitting in addition to my eye exam. So after 30 mins and me taking off my contacts, I decided I wanted to do the contact fitting, too. Then we ran into the problem of my old brand not fitting well, so I had to switch to a new one. Dr. Nguyen was very nice and understanding about the whole thing. I felt so bad because I made him work overtime on his birthday.
Overall, I really recommend Dr. Nguyen. My whole family goes to him.

Been a patient for 8 yrs and love Venessa, Frances and Dr. Ho! They always have a variety of specs and he never rushes our appointment and even open on Saturdays! Love their new location and how modern it is too!
