The last two visits have been with Dr Iyengar for my husband. He is an extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional! He was very attentive to BOTH of our concerns, as the husband was attempting to down play his injury/pain. I truly appreciate that Dr Iyengar took our concerns seriously that my husband was scheduled for his surgery about one month from his initial visit.

Referred by my PCP for an elbow injury. My doctor was amazing. I got in the day after I called for an appointment. If my appt was at 1, I was called in at 1250. Not once did I have to sit in the waiting room for longer than 10 minutes(because I was that early). I never even got to read my book in the room after the tech left to alert the doctor I was ready, as he was walking in the door almost immediately. 7 month of appointments, and a surgery later, I have full use of an elbow that should no longer work at all. I highly recommend this clinic. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Not one bad attitude in the bunch. Dr. Iyangar is the best elbow guy in the area.

Dr Lee operated on my lower back. The disc that was to be removed had calcified and it proved to be a difficult surgery. Thanks to Dr Lee’s skill I am recovering well. The surgery was 2 months ago, and I am doing very well.

This place isn’t too bad, I like how they most of their resources are on site like the x-rays. Being part of a medical group though it seems that it would be a pain in the ass to make an appointment. It took 2 calls to set one up as a new patient other than that the Dr. I went to was knowledgable but rushed due to all the patients that crowd this place.

Beautiful office. Not so friendly staff. If you are looking for a medical office that actually answers the phone, this place is not for you. You can spend days trying to reach a certain«department» within this group. Press 1, then press 4, then press 2, etc, etc, etc, then you finally get transferred and the line is BUSY. Hang up, start all over again, same result, busy signal. I have decided not to return for a follow up appt, partly because I couldn’t make an appt. I have already made an appt with another orthopedic office that actually answers the phone and schedules your appt in the first phone call.

This place is ridiculous. Took over a month to even get an appointment. The worst thing is that they have NO respect for your time! I’ve had six appointments in the last few months and I consistently waited 45 – 60 minutes PAST my appointment time to be seen. No one was ever apologetic, it seems to just be standard operating procedure. Also difficult to even get through on the phone a lot of them time. I go through all of the options, press one to blah blah, only to end up with a busy signal.

I have known about Alpine Orthopedic for a while, I have had friends and relatives who have been treated here. I ended up here for a shoulder injury in which my shoulder would pop out of socket if I moved the wrong way. I was dreading any treatment or surgery. The office is nice and large, they have multiple windows so the wait to get your paperwork done wasn’t horrible and every single time I had an appointment I waited less than ten minutes to be called in. I ended up here for many visits to figure out what to do about my shoulder and then after my surgery for checkups and post-op visits. The doctor I saw was also the doctor who did my surgery. That was 9 months ago and my shoulder has never been better. I was very impressed with the small things here at the office. When I had to fill out disability forms they had a person who’s sole responsibility was to do that. Insurance forms? Someone to do that too. Any little issue seemed to be taken care of. The whole office was very efficient and the staff was very very friendly. I wish all doctors offices operated this way, they made my whole experience something that ended up being very positive. I would be more than happy to recommend them to a friend. :0)

Not Happy! Wait time was 1 hour. Doctor seamed to busy. Took 5 weeks to get an injection which didn’t work. Called office because I was having problems and never was called back and the nurse blamed the doctor! They sent my medical finding to the wrong GP with my GP being the referring doctor, big mistake!

Great staff, huge waiting room, very clean, great bedside manner, this place has it all. I tore my ACL last October, and a friend recommended Alpine Ortopaedic to me, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else in Stockton. I’m from Hawaii, and I grew up knowing my doctors, so it felt like I was gambling a bit here, but it paid off. They understand your discomfort and really put you at ease. The staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly, and Dr. Murata takes the time to explain everything to you without making you feel stupid or rushed. If I get injured again in California, I’m definitely coming back to Alpine Orthopaedic.
