If your insurance is accepted at another endocrinologist, I suggest to RUN THERE QUICK! Half the time there is no one at the receptionist window to greet you. Everyone who works here looks miserable like they don’t want to be here.
Be prepared to wait WELL OVER AN HOUR OVER YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. The doctor obviously over books patients. You would think with all the patients he sees, he should be making a pretty penny but you couldn’t tell because the office is run down. Someone is going to sue him soon if they don’t fix the rug that is coming up in front of the entrance (I almost tripped and fell!). I’m sure he is a great doctor but I’ve never seen him, just the nurse practitioner, Irma Rymers, who is AWESOME. The NP listens, cares, and has a great attitude.
I hate the wait… If you have no life or other appointments for the day then you will be fine, otherwise don’t bother booking an appointment.

Terrible experience
This is an extremely busy office. Have been a patient for about a year.
Saw him several times, each time waited for over an hour, Dr. Faidi spent 5 – 10 minutes, talks, — at you — doesn’t have time for your questions.
Difficult to reach — called for several days, got the answering service or the line was busy. Voicemail says call back during regular office hours, but doesn’t tell you when they are. Answering Service will not take a message, and they do not know when the office will open again. Reached them on the forth day, was calling for an urgent medical need. Staff is rude and dismissive to my concerns. When I finally spoke with the doctor, he didn’t listen, interrupted me and then said he had other patients in the office, and hung up the phone.
Tried to make an appointment for an urgent reason, and was told the first available was a month and a half away. This is for an established patient with an emergency.
Month and half. Receptionist actually said to me, «take it or leave it, it’s all I can offer you». Before I could answer, she hung up the phone.
No compassion, and no professionalism.
Never again.

Terrible. You wait a very long time. The doctor sees you for less then 5 minutes. He shares no information with you in regards to your lab work or tests. Won’t answer questions. Then rushes out. I left in tears.

The staff, they are very unprofessional. scrubs are not worn by half the staff and I wasn’t sure who worked in the facility. ran very poorly. my mother had a 10am appt and was not seen till 2 ½ hours later. The doctor is great. but the staff just made our experience unpleasant.
