Bead Dreams

My wife has been going there for years. I always go with her to all her bead stores. This one is the best around. We have a couple of bead stores closer, but Bead Dreams is the best. Great selection. Enola, the owner is the best. I’ve learned a lot about beads from her. She just got in some mini super– duos. Haven’t seen those anywhere. If your a bead person Bead Dreams is the place for you.

I went for a bike ride and found a destination as well. This Bead shop has a plethora of beads, knowledgeable shop owner, and impromptu lessons by other customers. Thanks for a nice day.

Awesome store with great prices. I had a lot of fun going with my friends. The owner’s selection of swarovski is really impressive – she even has sequins! – and the rest of her store is well organized and spacious. I’m definitely making the hour long drive to come here again.

Fabulous store! They have the largest selection of Swarovske crystals I’ve ever seen. Also extremely good selection of everything else — seed beads, Czech beads, fire polishes, pearls, too many to list. Very helpful, not pushy and pleasant! I live several hours from this wonderful place but can’t wait to return. Would love to take a class.

Awesome store! I have been shopping there for several years and I love the store, the EXPANSIVE inventory, the prices, and the personnel. They are always helpful and cheery, even on those (few) days when I leave empty handed (few and far between – their beads and supplies are far too enticing!). The staff are an amazing source of ideas, advice, and knowledge. The totally incredible array of swarovski crystals, but also the czech beads, natural beads, manmade beads, seeds beeds, and all the accessories – enough to make you want to investigate for several hours. They also offer classes. Parking is easy and there are many other neat shops and eateries on the Miracle Mile where they are located.

I had a very pleasant experience when I went to visit Bead Dreams this week. Deborah was a very friendly, laid-​back staffperson happy to either answer my questions or just let me wander in choosing beads. She closed up after we left (me and the honey) and I really respect the fact I didn’t feel the least bit rushed. Although the prices are not bargain basement, the atmosphere and vast selection makes up for the prices. I will most definitely return.
P. S. This gem is just off of Pacific Avenue, not on Pacific Avenue. This is not to be confused with Ria Mia, which was the opposite experience.

They have some beautiful beaded jewelry on display here, but it is not for sale. They are examples of items made at the privet classes they host for $ 15 per person. I haven’t been to a class, but it sounds fun. They 2 woman that were working when I came in were very helpful and seemed to be the free spirited, «hippie» type. I would love to learn how to make some of the rings I saw on display.

Wow, what could I honestly say about this amazing store? As a practicing Beadist I remember walking down miracle mile one day and wondering, where are the stores that carry thousands of beads and only beads? WHERE IS THE BEAD STORE OF MY DREAMS??? And like a light from heaven there it was, Bead Dreams!!! This is Stocktons finest beadery establishment. My favorite part about this store is that it’s close to home so everyday after work I can stop by the store and pick up some beads. I then go home, light some candles, put on some soothing music and bead off until I fall asleep. I even got my friends into Beadism too, we love to get together in a big circle and bead off until we reach the state of Nirvana. I just can’t stop beading off! This place is a «Bead Wet Dream» come true!

Even though there are bead stores close to where I live and work, I willingly drive 1 hour (yes, a full 60 minutes) to go specifically to BEAD DREAMS. The selection of beads is astounding. I’ve never seen such a selection in any «brick and mortar» store. The only place you could go to find a larger selection would be an online store, but why would you do that when you can go to Bead Dreams and actually look and touch all the beads in person, as well as get personal help in color and size selection from two extremely knowledgeable ladies? Finally, I cannot rave enough about Deborah’s beading instruction — her rate is amazingly reasonable and anything you could possible want instruction in, she will provide. I don’t think there’s any stitch or project she cannot do!
SPECIAL NOTE: There’s another bead store located very close to Bead Dreams, so be careful to make sure you go to Bead Dreams. Although their address is on Pacific Avenue, they are actually located AROUND THE CORNER on Dorris next to the CoCoRo restaurant. Look for their large sign above their door as well as the wooden sign on the sidewalk in front of their store.

This bead store just blew me away! I have my regular store that I go to but since I stay in Stockton on weekends I’ve had to quickly find one here that can fulfill my needs in Swarovski. This place goes above and beyond my expectations!!! The have a huge selection of Swarovski in exotic colors you would never think of. The two ladies that run this ‘diamond in the rough’ are so kind and genuine.
The best part about it is everything in their showcase you can learn to make. You can get a private or group lesson with your girlfriends with Deb and she will teach you anything in there!!! Such amazing work!
For all you beaders out there, the selection is vast. Come here with time because you won’t want to be rushed. You’ve been to those other bead stores… done that… now stop wasting your time and head to the Miracle Mile right next to CoCoRo. NOT to be confused with the dinky bead store facing Pacific Ave… this one is right next to a knitting and yarn store. [also quite cute]

If you like beads/​beading, you will LOVE this store. Owner prides herself (rightfully) on a massive inventory of genuine Swarovski crystal beads. There are other beads too, including seed beads and Venetian glass beads. Lots of Czech-​made beads. Some charms, too. Store also sells jewelry-​making tools. Bead Dreams offers private jewelry making classes ($ 15 an hour, what a deal!) I have learned the basics and really taken off into the world of jewelry making. Visit this store for all things beads.
