Bird Lover’s Paradise

After my Dad and Mom passed, I wanted to purchase a large bird. The lady Linda wouldn’t even give you the time of day. She finally helped and sold me a bird that was ok. I went back the next day and Sam told me I needed her mate. I bought him ($ 1700) invested. I was told to put them in the cage together. They both got defensive and my husband and I have scars thanks to their advice. Then they took the female back and gave us another bird after they asked me for $ 400 more! That bird was old and sick. I brought him back and fortunately got a little Hans Macaw after they asked me for another $ 550! My blue front was supposed to be 4 years old & we found out he is over 10 years old! He has medical issues. This place is a joke, they will take your money and don’t care about the animals or about customer service. I went to Cedar Hill birds and got my baby macaw and we are waiting to bring our loving baby home. Sadly if I would have known about them and went their first, I would have only been out $ 1300 not $ 2650! Bird Lovers Paradise is a rip off!
