Bull’s Island Recreational Center is a beautiful 22 acre park located in the charming town of Stockton NJ. The foot bridge(NJ to PA), winding nature paths, riverview seating areas, canoe/boat launch pads and lush greenery make this an ideal spot for fishing, slow stream canoeing, picnics, nature photography, park mossiers and getting back to nature. If visiting the park, check out the Stockton Farmers Market for delicious homemade food.

Beautiful park with awesome views and a variety of activities. I stumbled across it and therefore was unable to fully explore with mere flip flops on for the hiking trails but I will definitely be visiting it again.

Gorgeous park along the Delaware River and the Delaware & Raritan Canal. There’s a canoe launch and a foot bridge over the river between NJ and PA. There’s a little landing you can go to down by the river and dip your feet in. Along with a surprising amount of parking, there is also a nice visitor’s station with restrooms that are much less disgusting than the port-a-potties elsewhere along the trail. This is a great place to start a journey along the river and/or canal!

This place is awesome and so much fun to camp out at! Complete with flush toilets and showers/sinks you can experience camping without the grimy-ness and without squatting! Every lot includes a picnic table and a fire pit, and you can hike and rent kayaks as well. A lot of fun.

I just visited this place a few days ago. We did a shuttle to Frenchtown which made it eleven miles. It wasn’t until the end that I realized how gorgeous this place was. There is a footbridge that you can walk across from NJ to PA. You a great view on both sides. Plus, there is park office with nice indoor bathrooms.
