They tend to work with you here. They’ve spent long periods of time helping me print this or that or make a decision for a small sale. I really do appreciate that.

They really need to get some more workers here. Every single time I go there I’m waiting at least 10 – 15 minutes or longer! I always just need one or two simple things printed and every time I’m in there the workers are in the back they turn around and look at you and ignore you and then when they finally help you they have an attitude! Or if they are helping another customer that has a huge project on there hands they could at least be considerate and call the other employees for help at least instead having customers just wait in line forever! So rude! I think I’m just going to have to invest on buying myself a printer so I wont have to deal with this crap anymore!

My printer died.
I needed to print out my resume asap. I called them and they said I could email it to them and they would call when it was printed out. Long story short, can’t do that.
So I took my laptop down to them. Andrew was working the desk.
We all know the difference between good and bad customer service. Andrew greeted me, asked me what I needed, then said he would be 10 min helping the other man in line before me. Perfect… thank you.
He was back in just a few with a thingy ma-​bobber to put into my computer to save my resume to. He quickly printed out my resume on some fancy paper, all for the low price of $ 1.73 for 4 copies.
Thank you, Andrew. It is refreshing to have someone helpful and knowledgeable. You should get a raise.
