Dollar Tree

Dollar tree in Eastland Plaza.
This Dollar tree is like any other dollar tree. The plus at this one, is they have a freezer section here too.
I don’t shop at this location to much, it’s a bit far from my house. But when I’m in the area, I’ll come at grab a few things I need.
I do a lot shopping at Dollar tree in general. I’m all about finding deals and saving a little money here and there.
I was here yesterday and one thing I did noticed that a security guard was present. I wasn’t sure if he’s stationed inside or just the Eastland Plaza security making his rounds. Yes his presence was felt, because it was a little harder than normal to take my pictures. Once I started taking pictures, I caught his eye. So I had to be quick about it and not try to make a scene or anything.
So like all the dollar tree’s they sell household items and junk food. I wish they would get a liquor license and sell some beer. Then I’ll be here a lot more :) just kidding. :)
Probably one of my top reasons, is that we go to Parks a lot. So I’ll get Gatorade, chips, peanuts and lunchables here.
I’ve used the shampoo here the V05 they sell and the bar soap. I’ll get those items for my showers at the gym. Along with toothpaste here too. The deodorant kinda sucks here. I’ve bought it and it was all bad news bears.
The garbage bags and sandwich bags are pretty good. Also the plastic forks and spoons do come in handy for a birthday party or a picnic.
I’m not sure on other days but when I came the store was fairly clean and the customer service was good.
So yeah I’ll be back very soon.

Simply put, Dollar Tree is a great company. Not only are they a Fortune 500 company, but they continue to expand at a healthy rate. They average one store opening a day. Based in Virginia, Dollar Tree has seemed to take over the bargain market.
Pros: Items are found easily, and the store is still a decent size. You can visit this location and get almost everything done on that To-​Do list. Need some seasonal items at a bargain? Dollar Tree has it. Waited too long for birthday balloons and decorations? Dollar Tree has it. Low on funds but need to stock up the fridge? Dollar Tree has a lot of non perishable items that grocery stores offer at a fraction of the price. Looking for candy, treats, or some frozen foods? Dollar Tree can help you stock up your freezer. And guess what, they even have alcohol now! Looking for something cheaper than $ 2 buck chuck wine? Dollar Tree has wine at half the price! Household items, cosmetics, automotive, laundry, kitchen utensils, toys, greeting cards. They have a variety. Customer service is nice, and often times they’re well paced at the checkout line. Don’t forget to ask about the item of the week!
Cons: They don’t have many shopping carts anymore, as it seems folks have stolen them for their collection. Heh. Grab a basket. Sometimes it’s a bit warm in there.

This store is surprisingly clean, considering the clientele.
