Love Dr. Jacobs!!! The only downfall is the office staff is so rude! They need to be more welcoming and not look so unhappy! Serious house cleaning needs to be done! Mind you some services and products are not covered by insurance and I have to always pay out of pocket! Worth it though

I don’t know what everyone complains about Jacobs. His front staff are really nice and we joke about everything. I only have to spend 20 minutes max in the office and I go there once a month. The only negatives is the no show policy. It’s $ 50 and it’s super inconvenient and I’ve only seen Jacobs maybe a couple of times since going there.

I had a simple procedure, wanted to remove a excess skin, went there 3 times, once removed and came back, other time just looked at it and reschedule w another Dr and finally removed. Paid copay for each visit and also had to pay $ 50 because I called and rescheduled a appointment late! Don’t go there unless u have to, staff in front are rude too! 50 $ no show fee, how much are you worth to charge people like that! Shove your service

I had seen him for removal of a cancerous growth on the back of my hand and all went well. Sent my wife to see him when she had some issues on her scalp. At the time she was not covered on my insurance so I paid cash for her visit to the tune of $ 160. He came in and took one look at her and would not even touch her to examine her condition. He simply gave her some samples of some foam and told her to leave and never come back! What kind of doctor does that?!! I’m not sure what his problem was but he basically stole $ 160 from me and didn’t care about solving my wife’s issue. What a jerk!!! We filed a complaint with the Medical Board of CA.

My first visit to his office I had a few concerns and needed a couple skin tags removed, after being placed into an exam room the nurse asked why I was there, I explained what my concerns were. Soon after Dr. Stuart came in and introduced him self, looked at my chart told the RN who was very nice to remove my skin tags, the nursed asked him don’t you want to check him out first, he didn’t even ask to see what my concerns were and left the room. I was a little stunned and asked if he was coming back, he didn’t. I don’t want to throw her under the bus but since when can an RN perform procedures. Since this is the only dermatologist in town my insurance will allow me to go to I went back. The second visit Doctor Stuart didn’t come into the room to perform an exam. There won’t be a third visit!
