Awesome customer service, and great presentation! Love me so chocolate and fresh fruit!

My husband has ordered arrangements from this location on two separate occasions now, and they have both been. Not only beautiful but very yummy. This is not an inexpensive gift (I didn’t want to overload look at the visa bill for awhile lol) but we’ll worth it. The last arrangement did have an error and something small that was not delivered. I called expecting nothing and received not only the missing arrangement but double the product, delivered to my door the very next day. I am extremely impressed with the customer service of the shop and will continue go come here as my poor budget allows lol. Well worth it :)

Anytime in I’m downtown Stockton I make sure I stop by for a fresh fruit smoothie. I’ve also sent gifts to my family from here and they’ve always been happy with them. The staff is super helpful too.

I placed a same day order. On the order form it says not to ask for a time. I ordered it at 7:00am and called at 2:30 and was told I could not get it before 3:30pm. I explained that we closed at 3:30 and the co-​worker would be gone. She didn’t care. Seriously I spend over $ 100 and no customer service. And just want to point out that our office is 7 to 10 mins away depending on the 3 lights between here and there. REALLY! Never doing business here again.
NOW THEY DELIVERED IT! AFTER I TOLD THEM TO CANCEL. WTH???

Excellent service, excellent selection, I use edible arrangements to brighten the day of my important business accounts, employee appreciation expression, death in the family and even send them to my wife on anniversaries. This particular location is worthy of all 5 stars.

The customer service here was awesome! They totally saved me from a horrible date next-​door (Long story). However, $ 6 for a smoothie? Quality was not $ 6 luv the lady behind the counter though it was sooooo not her fault corporate should be ashamed

Super friendly staff and excellent service! They offer all kinds of yummy things from fruit smoothies, chocolate covered pineapple pops, fruit salads ect. Yeah, the prices are a little bit on the expensive side, but that’s mostly for the arrangements that they offer. The fruit that they offer at the fruit bar thing is delicious and the prices for those items aren’t bad! The young lady that helped us got me and my husband signed up for email offers, which also earned us $ 5 off of our purchase and gave us a little punch out card that allows you to get a free item of any size for free after 9 purchases. My husband and I will def be coming back whenever we are around the downtown stockton area!

Staffs are extremely good service! Very Friendly!
Prices are expensive, but the quality is very good!

I’m a fan of the FruSundae, is very good! (but serveral times I tried to ordered it, adding bananas, i NEVER get bananas), I did mentioned adding bananas.
Other than that, this location is in Stockton, Downtown, CA sometimes is hard to find a parking lot.

The staff here were extremely helpful. I went in for chocolate strawberries and they only had a few. They offered to make me some fresh. I went to move my car out of the 3 minute parking space so I parked in the garage. Edible arrangements then validated my parking. All for my strawberries which were free since I got a certificate from the blood bank. Not only do they have grreat service but they support our community. They have totally won me over as a forever customer!

I visited the edible arrangements store in downtown stockton near regal stadium 16 and I was less than satisfied. I called beforehand to see if they had any arrangements available for immediate pick up. The woman on the phone told me that she had «a few» left. I drove all the way down there and when I arrived they only had chocolate dipped fruits rather than the bouquets they said they had. I asked a woman in the front where all the arrangements were because I just got off the phone with her minutes before. She said there were none available but they will have more in 45minutes to 1 hour. I asked her if I can leave a deposit of some sort or my name and number so I can pick it up immediately and she said no. So I left and came back an hour later. When I got there I asked the same woman if the arrangements were ready yet and she said they were not. Frustrated, I told her that she told me they would be ready in an hour and there are none available now. She «checked the back» and said the people were still cutting fruit. I asked her how long the wait would be and she said an hour and a half. I was obviously aggravated, so she said she would take my name and number and call me when they were finished. No clue why she didn’t do that beforehand but I agreed anyways. I was expecting the phone call around 1:30 pm but I hadn’t received a phone call the whole day. I do not reccomend this location because the employees have no idea what they’re doing and they are very unprofessional.

Great location, helpful staff, fresh fruit. This location also has fruitations! Fresh blended smoothies, fruit salads and so much more. It’s a wonderful place to grab a light lunch on the go.
