I bought a groupon for 3 massages, a great deal. i made my first appointment with debra, the owner. When i got there i was told debra couldnt make it so someone else would be doing my massage. This was pretty dissapointing. i cant remember the name of the girl who did my massage but it wasnt anything special. She didnt use any oils or lotions and it was slightly painful. When I came in for my second appointment, booked with debra, the door was locked, after a a while Debra came to the door and said she was giving a massage. i was confused because i had scheduled one over the phone for that time. She apologized profusely and asked if i could come back in a few hours. I could not. She offered me another date and said it would be free. I was disappointed, i had driven abut 30 min from my house, but happy to be getting a free massage i agreed. I went back the next week and had my massage with debra and it was amazing. One of the best ive ever had. She was kind, friendly and gave me alot of information about essential oils. She felt really bad about the confusion and double booking that had happened last week so she gave me some goodies, some essential oil soap she made and a small amount of essential oils. I left feeling great. I attempted to make another appointment with debra but it took over 2 weeks for her to call me back. I dont understand why it took so long. I specifically said i wanted an appointment with her. When i get there, guess what, debra couldnt make it and instead of calling and asking if i would like to reschedule she just had another girl come in. Thats not ok. I booked it with her for a reason. If i knew she wouldnt be there i would have canceled. The other girl was ok, but her table had no read rest! so i had to turn my hed sideways for the face down portion of the massage. Very uncomfortable and un professional. My massage with debra was great and i appreciated the ways she tried to make things up by giving me a free massage and some goodies but this place lacks organization and there is very poor communication. Im not coming back because i cant count on actually getting the massage therapist i want and scheduling was too difficult.

They were great and I loved the massage. I was a little last in finding the place but I was there I was very relaxed. I was apprehensive since this wad my first massage with a male but I would chose him again if I could. He was very personal and attentive to the pressure throughout the experience.

I also am a Groupon user. I had a very good experience here. Note: Groupon(and Google) incorrectly state that they are located inside ‘The Yoga Center’. Not true, they are on Castle street behind Valley Brew. I will admit, I called the phone number several times and left messages that didn’t get returned. But I figured Groupon users must flood them with calls, so I kept trying. I’m really glad I did. I believe Kirsten was one that did my massage. I received an exceptionally good massage, with quality, nice smelling oils. I highly recommend them. Only negative was the difficulty setting the appointment.

I purchase Groupons hoping to find the perfect massage therapist. I just found her here! Debra was able to work around my busy schedule. I often have problems scheduling and Debra worked around my busy life. I love how she decorates her massage rooms and was pleasantly surprised when she used oils rather than the pump bottle lotions most do. Debra is very intuitive and knew what I needed better than I do. So grateful to have found her!

I purchased this massage through Groupon, was super glad I did. Debra listen to all my needs and worked on a action plan for my head aches! She works with aromatherapy and it was great experience.

I was excited to use this groupon because I have been so achy and have so many knots. I called Debra, and left a message as she was unavailable. She called me a few days later and we scheduled my appointment. I arrived about 15 mins early to be punctual for filling out paperwork and use the restroom, etc. The door was locked so I figured she must be with another client, so I waited until our scheduled start time and tried to call her. It went straight to voicemail so I said ok maybe she’s just running late. I waited another 20 mins outside in the 102 degree weather before calling again. This time her phone rang, but she didn’t answer. So I left a voicemail and didn’t hear from her again. Definitely demanding my money back.

I bought a Groupon for this place hoping to boost the local business on the MM, as well as referred two friends to the Groupon. I made our first appointment for today last week and the gal said she would send me a confirmation email. My friend and I still haven’t received an email 5 days later. I have called 4 times and left messages in five days. Sadly from the other posts, this looks like a regular occurrence. I hope they can get it together there. Groupons are meant to help market your business.

I was so excited to redeem my recently purchased Groupon for a relaxing massage at this establishment. I called and got Debra’s voice mail and I thought ’ no problem she is probably busy giving massages’. I expected a call back at least the next day. No call. I called again and left another message. No call back. FINALLY3 weeks later I get a call back and she says ‘I’m calling to schedule your sppointment’. Yeah, no thanks. I don’t care to do business with people who do business that way. I’ll be requesting a refund from Groupon. Too many great places in town to get a massage. Thanks anyway.
