Jeff Kroll – State Farm Insurance Agent

I have known Jeff for 12 years and he has always been great at helping me with my insurance needs. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for good insurance coverage.

I recommend this carrier and agent to anybody looking for good insurance. This saved me alot of money when I switched and my family has had them forever I plan on using them for my home insurance as well to save some more money. Jeff’s office manager, Susan Kroll is a pleasure to work with, very happy with their service.

Our home and auto insurance carrier is Jeff Kroll – State Farm, and I am so fortunate. Last week, an uninsured motorist bashed into the back of my car at at red top light (no one was hurt, but much damage was done).
When we moved to Stockton 5+ years ago, we were advised by Mr. Kroll and his staff to get «uninsured motorist» coverage added to our car insurance. I understand that our area has a large percentage of uninsured motorists. Thank goodness we purchased the coverage. If we had not, I would now be paying (out of pocket) a HUGE deductible toward getting my car repaired.
His office has helped tremendously through this repair process, and in communicating with (and documenting the status of) the driver responsible for the accident. When I took my car in for a repair estimate, guess what? Two other auto owners who had also been «hit» by uninsured drivers were getting estimates on their repairs. The problem is that THEIR insurance agents had never encouraged them to purchase «uninsured motorist» insurance until AFTER their accidents, so they must pay their pricey collision «deductibles» out of their own pockets. One gentleman was so angry that he is suing the uninsured driver in court.
I am so grateful that Mr. Kroll and his staff took time in going through our choices when we moved to Stockton, and explained why it is a good idea to get «uninsured motorist» coverage, for a minimal fee.
Mr. Kroll and his staff are extremely personable, professional and knowledgable. About two years ago, I discussed with them options for business insurance because a neighboring «county» was requiring that I (a non-​resident consultant) have business insurance. State Farm had a product to offer, yet they suggested that I choose, instead, the «neighboring county» insurance plan because the price/​value was great, and the plan was quite adequate. Again, I saved money, AND I gained confidence in the «out of county» plan because an unbiased professional who understood the plan took the time to help.
Now that’s an agent who has your best interests in mind.
