I have been going to Kathy for over 10 years. I have followed her through her move and wouldn’t use anyone else. She is the best. My poodle loves her very much and never quivers being dropped off with Kathy. My baby always comes home groomed just like I ask. Love you Kathy.(Marcie)

I just recently moved to Stockton from Southern California and to be completely Honest, I expected a bit more friendliness from establishments such as these. Not sure how business is conducted up here but a little education in the manners and etiquette could go a long way when it comes to dealing with customers. I know this seems like a large generalization of the area but so far I’ve only experienced negativity. I’m sure the location and considering the crime rate or what not may have caused such actions from business owners but c’mon. I brought my pups here to get a much needed trim. I asked for a standard cut for my breed and while they were standard-ish-like, I was not pleased with the overall outcome and price. I’m used to groomers who actually take the time with each dog to do a full work up. I came back to pick my pups up to notice a significant amount of what looked like dander and loose bits of hair hanging off them. they did not smell like they were bathed/washed. and the groomer did not even bother brushing their hair to remove the slightly matted hair on them. a simple brush through would have sufficed considering they get regular brushing but noooo. she felt that they were too matted and just cut off the«matted portions» I used to think southern California groomers were snobby until I came here. I sure miss the attention to detail and price deals. 80 dollars for two simple dog cuts… that’s just ridiculous. I used to pay half of that for both my dogs and it included nail trimming pulling the hair out of the ears, full body wash and drying. anyway. enough complaining. end result. I’m sure many people here may be accustomed to these types of dealings but I come from a place where people were much friendlier to one another, and the customer was treated with more respect and attention.
