This is a very clean place. The owners are on site and keep things clean and tidy. The interior is a bit run down but the equipment is kept up. Today there is no hot water but I can live with that. If your washer breaks this is the place to come.

The LCD display on our washer went out mid-week and the part wouldn’t be in til the day after Christmas so we had to do three big loads of laundry — towels n sheets, darks, and whites. We first stopped at Thornton Laundromat Cleaners on Thornton Road but the place was cramped, dark, and the wash prices were real high($ 7 Big Load). I could care less about free WiFi and free coffee. Remembered this place and glad I did. Pretty big in size, lots of lighting, older Filipino gentleman on-site for questions and change, TV, bathroom, and many machines in good/clean condition. Didn’t see any OUTOFORDER signs on this day, unlike the other place. Big Loads for Blankets/comforters/towels $ 5.50 Large Loads for Darks/Whites $ 3.25 Dry’s were a quarter for 8 minutes If our machine breaks again, I know where to go. Oh, and pleeeenty of space to fold your dry clothing.

Love this laundromat. The lady that works there or maybe owns it, I’m not sure if she is the owner but she sure does take care of customers and the facility like she owns it. She met me at the curb with the rolling basket thing, even helped me put the clothes inside the basket too. She rolled my basket where I wanted them then came out and helped me with a second load and provided with a large cup for my coins. The place is spotless and everything works well.

Sometimes you just need to use a laundromat. I guess when it comes to places to do your laundry in Stockton this may be one of the better ones. It would be hard for me to say that I am a true fan of this place but it was go-to place for the longest time so it gets 4 stars instead of 3. I guess it confuses me that you never seem to see any nice laundry places… they always seem run down, old or not very well maintained. If by chance you do find a nice laundry place it ends up costing you 25 bucks just to finish one round of clothes. This place seems like a good middle ground. This spot does have a couple things going for it. It is in a good location… right on Hammer Lane on the Mariner’s side of the Jack in the Box parking lot by the 5 freeway. It is a decent area of town and is not the kind of place you have to worry a whole lot about getting robbed while you clean your jeans. The inside of the laundromat is nice and clean and mostly well maintained. They have a television that has sound and the whole bit and is always on some random middle of the road show that is halfway interesting to watch if you have nothing else to do. The washers are decently priced… I have never felt overcharged here like I do at other laundry locations. My one complaint is that there is an older woman who might be the manager or owner who hangs around later at night to get the store ready to close and if you come in during those last couple hours she watches you and makes sure that you do not start one last load past the«last load time» that is posted on the wall. If you start to take too long she gives you dirty looks because you know she wants to get out of there on time. Besides the old lady who gives you dirty looks late at night I have no issues with washing my clothes here. They come out clean, it seems safe here and I do not feel like my wallet is washed clean afterwards. :0)
