I scheduled with them on a Saturday between 11−1pm but of course they came right before it hit 1pm :) my carpet hasn’t been professionally chemdry for quite sometime, but they did the best they could. It was an hr cleaning service and took 2hrs to completely dry.
There was an area in my daughter room that I spilled blended raspberry drink, it couldn’t come out. I was told anything yellow or red is the hardest to remove :(
I am satisfied with the work, they did a great job, I will be using them next time.

Mark and Andrew were just here and did the carpeting. It always looks so nice when they have been here. Very good work ethics and they are both really nice professional guys. Highly recommend… they are the only service I will use!!!

After successfully spilling my entire large pumpkin spiced latte on all of our Christmas presents and the carpet, we called Mark Ray’s Chemdry on Christmas Eve day to see if we could schedule a visit the day after Christmas. THEY CAME ON CHRISTMAS EVE DAY! Great guys, great service, great prices.
