What a waste of money! $ 89 I’ll never see again. They came to check on my system since it was blowing cold… 20 mins later I was told «I’m going to have Carl (there sales guy) guy give you an estimate!

McLaughlin’s is prompt, professional, courteous and helpful. I have used this co. 2x’s a year for A/​C service before summer heat & to service heater before winter cold for years. Always been pleased with service and price. Cal was a big help to me 2 – 3 yrs ago and very recently Misty has made an extra effort to see to my needs. (I’m in a new home and previous HVAC co. hired by seller left me with no heat when called back to address a repair they did not complete correctly)

Fantastic service! I had to call them out for 2 jobs related to the AC unit at our rental property. Misty in the office and their tech Cap (sorry not sure how to spell your name lol) were both great. Cap did a good job identifying the zone control board I needed so I was able to save some money by purchasing it online. Plus they didn’t charge me hardly anything for the installation. Misty was also wonderful. She was always very friendly and promptly communicated between me, my tenant, and her tech. Clean, professional job all the way around. I’ll definitely be calling them again if I ever have any issues in the future.
