PG&E

It would be nice if their WEBSITE was up and working. I’ll try again and update this if it works.

PG&E came to my neighbors home and either contracted out a company or they did it themselves and trim a tree away from the power lines. They did not ask permission to access my property. Not only that they damned my landscape with fallen branches and crushed my garden and broke my fence. They did not bother to let us know about it and left my yard in shambles. We called the customer service line and all they said was we would have to wait 7 – 10 days to get anyone to call us back. We filled out a online claim on their site. It’s sad that the little people have to suffer for the big guys mistake. Kind of bullying. PG&E knows we can’t go anywhere else.

I love my job! I am very blessed to work for such a great company. Not only are they the supplier of my gas and electricity but they treat their employees excellent. They are always looking for ways to improve the business. They are always trying to better the community as well.
