Planned Parenthood

This place does a good job and they are all polite… there’s always a worker here or there that might have attitude but who knows how their day went?!? Overall my visits were pleasant and friendly and I like that they help you with whatever your needs are. The kids’ toy area isn’t sanitary and when asking for disinfectant, was told they ran out?!? I don’t see how a medical place runs out of lysol or disinfectant? IDK if they were being lazy or did not care due to high volume of customers that day but that’s a heavy price to pay for getting a kid sick! There were sick kids coughing all over the toys and babies that are unsupervised drooling everywhere and are sick and the parents leave the 3 – 4 yr old siblings in charge of the babies!!! WOW is all I can say to that. I think they should make signs stating to make sure your kids aren’t sick when playing with the toys and to make sure they wash their hands and/​or have to be under adult supervision when in the toy area! Beside all that, the overall place is very good and professional.
