the place looked like hell, but the two employees that helped me were friendly and knowledgeable. it’s overpriced, but it’s a good place to go for little miscellaneous things that you can’t easily find. too bad time passed this company by. i’m sort of going to miss it.

Once again they didnt fail me. I went in for a a portable speaker. and they helped me all the way I got the best service I went in for one thing came out with 2 other things these guys know how to sell stuff. they are very nice gentleman. By far my best

Terrible customer service. Both employees seemed more interested in the football game and the next buffet meal I’m sure they were going to indulge in after work. As I walked in both employees look terribly uncomfortable as they looked surprised that a customer walked in. As I asked a routine question they looked puzzled and uninterested in answering any questions. A visit to their store was a huge waste of my time and I would recommend going to Best Buy which is less than a mile south. Honestly I’m very surprise they are even in business. I would recommend job training, customer etiquette protocols, & a going out of business sale with a sign that reads «Please don’t ask us any question!»

Good selection. I find lots of attachments and small things here. But service is an issue. I hate asking ppl stuff. They really don’t help at all!

I cannot reccomend this store at all. After having my catalytic converter cut off in my drive way, I went here to see about an exterior surveillance camera that I could hook into my computer for a monitor. A perfectly good little camera that would plug right into my wifi system was on the shelf for 90 bucks. I didn’t see it unti sales dude assured my that I needed the dvr system for over 2 hundred. Bought neither. On same trip thought I would get new batter for cordless phone, 20.02, out the door, Same battery numerous places online for 6.50 with free shipping, Waiting for the mail.

Unprofessional and unwilling to help. I went to this store a few weeks ago to look for a coaxial to rca adapter. There were two ladies in the store when I walked in. Neither greeted me or offered any help.
They were both busy helping another single customer. I decided to just browse the store until they finished with him. Well, when they did, they just started talking to each other in a loud obnoxious fashion, still ignoring my presence.
I began to make it apparent that I was looking for something yet not finding it (in reality I was). But still no help. The other customer was in the same area where I was. And a few minutes later, one of them finally walked over. And she directed her attention once again to the other customer asking if there was anything else he needed.
Just then several other customers entered the store. They were both promptly greeted and offered help by both of the ladies. That was when I decided to leave the store. I went to the store in the mall and I was able to obtain help easily without even having to hunt anyone down.
Maybe they didn’t like my hair or something. lol

having gone to this store twice in the past couple of months, you can find what you are looking for but the staff is another story. Today, I went in to purchase an adapter cord and as I am standing there, the cashier, rudely asked what I needed. I replied with I would like to pay for this, while under her breath she mumbles these customers are getting on my nerves. They only opened at 10am and you are complaining now. I got what I needed and if there is a next time I visit… it won’t be anytime soon.

Husband bought me a new iPod for Christmas. I’ve already managed to chip one of the corners. I also have a habit of dropping my much hated cell phone. So I needed a case for that as well.
Looking for one of those electrical /​converter phone jack things popped into my head too.
Two outta three wasn’t so bad.
Why is it that Radio Shack seems to always have the quirkiest things that I am looking for in what seems to be the tiniest store ever? I swear I think my closet is bigger than Radio Shack. And the staff at this particular location is always helpful.
