Last night I came to get some ice cream with my boyfriend and this lady helped us her name was MONICA she was rude she kept giving me a stink face like she didn’t want to help us. I was going to ask her if she hated her job because she’s not very friendly and I was going to leave everything on the counter and not pay for it but I didnt. I’ve been working with customers for 6 yrs already and I never treated them like this she didn’t say hi how r u, how can I help you, or have a goodnight. Your suppose to greet ur customers with a smile so they can come back and look at them all shity and help them like u have somthing up your ass. I will not be coming back to this place especially if she is working. Someone needs to talk to her about her customer service…

I called in my refill on 10÷20÷16 for my disabled son and today (10÷23÷15) I went to get the refills they said they never got my order. He has many prescriptions, and I said well it’s the three that need to be refilled. They were last refilled on 9÷20÷15 and Rebecca refused to check. So now I have to go across town to get his prescriptions and order them again… How about you do your job, is it that hard to look up his medication and get it started so my son can get his prescriptions? My son’s long list of medications gives you A LOT OF BUSINESS. Rite aid thank your staff and Rebecca for losing a long time customer, we’ve been with you since you opened. You’ll also be getting a complaint AGAIN from me

This review is for one person at the pharmacy.
She is a black lady with short hair and glasses and has an accent. She is always rude to me and my wife. The last straw was this past Saturday at opening time. The roll up door was opened at 7:59am so I stood in line waiting to be called. I was the only one in line and she was the only one behind the counter.
She finally came up to the register and waived me over at 8:04am. I said, «Good morning, I’m here to pick up my prescription». She just gave me a blank stare until I told her my name. She then went over to the computer for a minute then asked for my DOB. I gave it to her and then she said, «I do not have anything for you. What do you want?». I started to tell her that I ordered it 2 weeks ago before she rudely interrupted me and said, «After 12 days if it is not picked up, we put it back». I said, If you’d let me finish, I was told 2 weeks ago that it would be ready on or after the 19^th”. She then said, «I do not have it so what do you want? Every time she said, «What do you want?» I felt like she was telling me that I was wasting her time and that she had better things to do. She was very impatient and intolerant. A customer should not be treated this way. I did not want to stoop to her level so I just bit my lip and walked out.
The following week, I asked my doctor to switch all my prescriptions to the CVS a block away at March & West Lane.

Best ice cream in town if I do say so. Mint chip with slivers of chocolate, yum. Great service to top it off! Thanks Rite Aid for the Thrifty Ice Cream

I almost started to cry when I found out that Thrifty’s Ice Cream still existed. Even though my insurance sends me elsewhere for my prescriptions, Rite Aid will get my business frequently. And that business is ICE CREAM!!!

Love this Rite Aid. The staff is always very friendly. They have an excellent clearance section and always have markdowns on wines & liquors. And make up! I feel like a kid in a candy store! Lmbo! Not really. I feel like that when i go to Sephora though.

Clean store and gotta get my scoop of chocolate malted crunch «thrifty ice cream is the bestest ever» when I come here. Great location & friendly workers. I came her at night one time and the security guard walked me out and watched me get into my car, very nice man thank you for doing that

The Rite Aid is fairly new, and it is decent in size. The store has plenty of shopping carts and hand baskets for you to use throughout your shopping experience through the store. It was also very clean and well organized. Service here was great as well, service with a smile :) Plenty of parking as well, and did I mention, they have a Drive Thru Pharmacy!

i chose this rite aid to go couponing at and there is this CASHIER! cashier#65 108 893 and she is one hell of a B!
first of all, she didnt even smile– she put on this nasty bitter FACE!
like she was disgusted with me because maybe i am asian?
she gave me a «racist» impression, of course being the bigger person — i threw that to the side and just went on with giving her my coupons.
i, coupon before, so usually the cashiers would read it once and that is it!
this wrinkle in time lady, read it once, left somewhere else and came back with her glasses and read it again!!!
im like omfg! you have got to be kidding right? you read it twice or maybe 3 times!!!
i just said to myself! i dont deserve this and i told her!
i want everything VOID!
if you dont like youre JOB! dont work there!!!
if youre having one hell of a BAD DAY!
suck it up!!! leave your personal issues at home!!!

overall the place is neat & tidy so 2 stars for that!
but employees are the people who plays the bigger role @ the store so

The best place to pick up some beer. Heineken are always cheap at Rite Aid. Store is always kept clean. Our cashier was Huu, very friendly and social. Perfect Perfect and Perfect.

The ice cream is here is very good. But whether you’re getting Ice cream or something else you can expect to wait for a Lil bit to buy it. There’s always just 1 person working In the front and they help serve ice cream, they work the regular register, and stock the shelves and do inventory. It never fails. I’ve never walked in and walked out without waiting at least a few minutes.

Fresh Thrifty Ice Cream every time I go to this Rite Aid!
I mostly come here for the ice cream and some cosmetic items. I’ve been eating Thrifty ice cream ever since I was a child when they were still next to Lion Supermarket on Hammer and El Dorado. My favorite flavor is Black Cherry, which is similar to Cherries Jubilee from Baskin Robbins. I think Black Cherry is creamier. Thrifty Mint Chocolate Chip also tastes better than Baskin Robbins because the chips are more like cookies. Circus Animal has lots of animal cookies in every bite. Cotton Candy looks so vibrant and delicious. Rainbow Sherbert, Pecan Praline, and Pistachio Nuts are great flavors that I like, too.
For kids and messy eaters: you can request to have a free cup+spoon with your cone.
Single scoop: $ 1.69
Double scoop: $ 2.49
Other parts of the store:
Sometimes the candy goes on sale for special occasions and holidays. I’d buy a ton of candy such as the Whitman’s chocolate boxes (1lb. $ 4.99) and Russell Stover’s. Most products are significantly overpriced, which is normal for drugstores. I only get cosmetic products here if they’re out of stock everywhere else. Cashiers here are friendly and they hook it up with the scoops!

Super good cheap ice cream. You can buy some quarts in the freezer to have it at home :) I’ll be here more often with the weather getting warmer.

I love Rite Aid’s Thrifty ice-​cream. They also have good sales from time to time. like the other day I got Nivea chapstick on sale for only $ 1. Jameson was on sale for only $ 17.99. And also a Costco-​sized Ketel One for only $ 32.99. I can’t wait for the weather to pick up so I can come here everyday for their ice cream. My favorite flavor is strawberry, coconut pineapple, pistachio, black cherry. drool!!! Best ice-​cream EVARH.

Single scoop of Thrifty ice-​cream used to be $ 1.29, and as of this week, the price has changed to $ 1.49! How I know? I was there last week and earlier today!
My favorite is Chocolate Brownie! Creamy and rich chocolate ice-​cream with almonds and brownie bits! YUMM!!! You can’t ever go wrong with that!

Thrifty ice cream was my favorite growing up and still is today! Not only is it cheap, but the taste is really good too! Beats Baskin Robbins or any other ice cream parlor any day! The size of the scoop is very generous too! I don’t know how people handle eating the triple scoop or even the colossal.
I really like this particular location too. It’s fairly new so it’s nice and clean inside! Not dingy and old like the one on Hammer. If only Rite Aid was open later! 10pm is too early! :(

I get cravings for Rite Aid ice cream all the time around finals/​midterms time. It’s my place for a $ 1.19 sweet treat for having a good study day or for doing well on a test. It’s also my $ 1.19 pick-​me-​up when I’m bummed about bombing a test. It goes both ways.
Regardless my reasoning, it’s a wonderful place to get a giant scoop of ice cream for really really really cheap. Regardless of price, I’d rank the taste higher than Cold Stone. My 2 favorite flavors are Chocolate Malted Crunch and Black Cherry. YummmM!
