Wish I could give it less found needles in my room the maintence guy peeling out in the parking lot no hot water for 3 days rude customer service

Way over priced for what it is been staying there for 6 months now have elderly disabled father with me and the place is in terrible condition theres always meth addicts walking around and staying there and doing drug deals in the open there is no kitchenettes the WiFi rarely works properly I kill cockroaches on a daily basis when you ask for help from the staff you. never know who your gonna get as the staff changes weekly there’s always new and different staff members there you have to pay for ice instead of it bein free from an ice machine I pay for two people in my room but only have accommodations for one the tv
room is a 1978 tube tv instead of a high def flatscreen like in all other rooms I’ve never in 6 months been late on my rent and the one time I was I was called three days in a row and pestered about it and the third day I was called 4 times within 5 hours and spoken to in person everyrime I was seen, the trash cans outside are frequently over flowing I had to buy my own coffee pot for the room the fridge in the room doesn’t work properly it freezes everything instead of keeping it cool not to mention the cockroach nest in the back of it I have to buy a bag of ice daily just to keep my food and drinks cold its def not worth the 290 dollars a week the 1160 dollars a month I pay to keep a roof over me and my father’s heads its terrible and impossible to save any money staying there there isnt even laundry machines on site I mean really what am I paying 1160 a month for choice hotels should be ashamed to have this establishment in there franchise and I feel I should be reimbursed or reward for staying there this long

The Rodeway Inn is a great value for the money! All rooms in 2016′ have been renovated for comforts and have new mattresses arriving at the time of our arrival in April. Perfect! We are also the owner of 2 great little dogs who love the large grass area in the midst of the property and also appreciate the friendliness they have for them here. Our stay here gets better everyday as we are taking advantage of the lower weekly prices and become more acquainted with staff. Meaning any challenges we may have with our accommodations get handled in a timely fashion as the staff and my little family have established a working relationship from their availability and desire to make things right if we have any problems here. This is not our first time here and won’t be our last. My wife and I have to stay here sometimes because we travel with our 2 kids as previously mentioned (dogs) who kindly ask can we stay tonight? Can we, can we? And we reply with Woof, Woof. Staff is almost all new here and all changes seem to have benefitted the property as far as we can tell. Thanks to all involved in making our stays here nice as possible. We feel appreciated here and we appreciate that!

Customer service sucked. Elderly lady was sooooo rude. Being old is not an excuse for being mean; she should be thankful for a long blessed life.
Never coming back. Prefer Bates Motel next time.

This motel has recently been renovated, so the room was fairly nice considering the area. The price was great.
The check-​in woman was super friendly and was very considerate.
The only downside was lack of a mini fridge in the room but again for the price I can’t really complain.
I will stay here again considering the cleanliness and the rate.
