We walked in on Saturday… unfortunately, we had a big task on a busy day for the store representative. We were switching services (so we can finally get a signal outside of the KC area) and looking a new phone options. Sami took exceptional care of us. She hooked us up with a good plan, made sure we were well informed on the product and the services and found us a good deal on a new phone.
While she helped us she was able to assist us… very good multi-​tasking going on.
We will definitely return to the store for any questions and service needs we have.
