The second Starbucks that I try to avoid! The customer service is poor and some of the staff are aloof to customers. I pay $ 5 for coffee for the customer service experience or I could easily make one at home for less than what I pay for at Starbucks.

This is the ONLY «Starbucks» I know where the wifi SUCKS. I have been to a lot of «Starbucks» in my time all over the map, yet this ones wifi if worse then dial up. Now the customer service is spot on. There good people friendly and fast. Non the less, this place is ALWAYS packed Always. They have a system down so your wait isn’t even a wait so that’s a huge plus

The worst starbucks experience I have ever encountered was at this starbucks! Went on my lunch to get a tea … had a time limit. Ordered my tea after a lady who had to cancel her order. Waited for my drink to be made they started making the cancelled order before mine … wtf? Why were they making a cancelled order? Then the two guys that ordered after my got their drinks before me and the barista started making another drink while my cup just sat there. Ended up having to leave without my drink cause I had to get back to work. While one barista was making the drinks another was out on the floor just talking it up like she didn’t have a job to do! Worst service ever!

Do yourself a favor and just walk away. This store has the most incompetent staff ever I waited 15 minutes only for them to tell me that my order was never placed. Upon telling the barista named Geo he rudely told me I should’ve said something sooner. Another 10 minutes passed before I got my drink only to find out that he had given me milk instead of soy. I specifically ordered soy because of my dairy allergy. Geo yelled at me for not telling him something when I placed my order a second time. At this point I was so fed up that I just left without getting my drink the staff here fucked up three other customers orders while I was there as well.

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Rude slow and lack help. Whenever I go I find the baristas unfriendly and today was no exception.

I got the gingerbread latte that didn’t taste quite right. Maybe it just felt too cold or maybe I’m allowing my experience with another patron to shape the way my coffee tasted.
Visited this Starbucks on a Thursday evening. A seemingly friendly woman declares to me, «Oh, you’re so cute! Look at how cute you are!»
I smile politely and manage to thank her, but what I really wanted to say, ‘just because I’m 5’1″ doesn’t mean I’m some kind of a fairy who will grant you a wish.‘
Then she inches closer to me and tells me how cute I am and hugs me. I am incredibly awkward and like my personal space way too much for any stranger to touch me, let alone hug me.
I will give store employees points for a genius idea. They ran out of paper towels in the bathroom and placed a whole bunch of starbucks napkins in the dispenser instead.

Nice location in the middle of downtown. However, the service was horrible. Our barista was talking to the other barista and everytime I told her my order she couldn’t hear me. We waited long for our tea though there was no one else in line but due to the talking it took forever.
If you want your drink fast this is not the place. Not coming here anytime soon.

I think this is a solid choice if you’re in downtown Stockton. Standard Starbucks menu, etc. I think it’s not an optimal Starbucks given you have to pay for parking at a meter or parking garage down the street.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Baristas are nice but the coffee is either extremely sweet or Not sweet at all. Tables are always dirty and you can’t walk outside without a homeless person asking you for money.

I never get to write a review because I’m never inside Starbucks long enough to check in and review… and then I forget… there is never a line (when I go at 545am)…the girls are very friendly… and my coffee is always right!

It was not busy at all (figures. probably around 730pm on a Sunday). I dont like that the menu is off to the left and not behind the cashier so you have to look to the left to see what you want to order. But thats just the design that threw me off.
When I placed my order, the girl just stared at ME! Like not even «Hi. What would you like»…And there was another worker next to her talking to me, but she wasnt behind the marquee to take orders… So I stood there confused for what seemed like eternity.
My drink came out fine, but seriously someone needs to check their customer serviceness. Okay, maybe your having a bad day but forreal?

I guess this Starbucks is okay, but definitely not on Friday nights… It was so crowded when I went last week, but then again, it IS next to the movie theaters.
So busy is definitely not the time to go. The person at the register somehow charged me for a size larger than I ordered. «Okay, so you have a Tall Vanilla Latte *clicks grande or however that thing works.» But being me with the inability to really be a bitch to cashiers, I let it go even if I was overcharged sixty-​cents and am a poor teenager living off her parents.
But, I must say, my Tall Vanilla Latte was delish :). I still don’t like the crowdedness, noise, and apparent inability to work efficiently on busy nights, though. Hopefully I’ll choose a better day next time.

So after our movie today, I was in dire need of my afternoon coffee and Starbucks is right outside of the theater. For any of you that might notice from my reviews of Starbucks, I tend to favor the other coffee places. And there is one particular Starbuck’s that I truly despise here in Stockton… Lincoln Center to be exact.
Here is my Lincoln Center Starbucks Unilocal:

When I ordered my drink, the girl behind the counter didn’t flinch, didn’t ask me to repeat my order and didn’t tell me that I needed to learn how to order correctly like the bitch behind the counter at the Starbucks in Lincoln Center.
So in closing, I’m glad I gave this Starbucks a chance. 4, very reluctant stars for you.
