Don’t use their drive thru touch screen board. You say no thank you to extra meat and they add it anyway. It’s a scam. You don’t notice until you’ve already paid. The two people I spoke to were rude about it and refused to refund me the money I paid. I ordered two sandwiches and I know I didn’t mistakenly hit ok twice. Management needs to learn customer service. Convenience of the drive thru isn’t worth being scammed and cheated out of money. Who knows how many people they’ve done this to who haven’t noticed.
