this place is terrible. they gave us an estimated wait time of 40 minutes and it turned into two hours. all of the girls were SO rude and didn’t even acknowledge people walking in to make an appt. Then to top it off she chopped off all my gf’s hair when she asked for a trim. do not waste your time!

My wife took my 2 year old son in for a haircut. The stylist(Jasmine) started hassling her right away and peppering her questions about if he sits still or cries. My wife said, he’s 2 so no he doesn’t sit perfectly still, but that she would do her best to keep him still. My wife asked for a boys regular haircut. The stylist obviously didn’t know what that is, because she butchered him. His bangs are almost a buzz cut and she cut the rest of his hair like a bowl cut. Think Lloyd Chistmas from«Dumb and Dumber», except his bangs are way shorter. The stylist started complaining that it was because he was crying and wouldn’t still. Had the stylist known what she was doing he wouldn’t have been crying, as he only started after she took forever requiring guidance with every snip. I called when I got home after I saw how bad it was. I ended up speaking with the original stylist. I wanted to see when I could take him in to get it fixed. She realized that it was for the same kid and she started saying how it didn’t turn out because he wouldn’t sit still and he was screaming. Like he is the only 2 year that has ever needed a haircut in the existence of humanity? At this point I informed her that I always come in there and always bring my oldest son and would never patronize that establishment again. I urge everyone to do the same. Jasmine needs to either learn customer service or get out of an industry that requires it. Unless Supercuts appreciates this kind of «talent».

The district manager contacted me and had me come in. They looked at my hair and agreed it was terrible. They fixed it up the best they could, which looks much better now. They also refunded me. I appreciate it. I will come back, just not with the original stylist.

Omg. These ladies Shannon, Meosha, and Ally are fantastic. Every time I frequent this specific Supercuts they are respectful, welcoming, fast, and precise. The knowledge that they possess, makes me feel protected in my hair needs. The product has been amazing and I recommend this store to all of my collegues. The store is always clean and stocked. Meosha cut this guy’s hair in like 10 minutes and it was great. Shannon takes her time and studies her clients needs. Ally is very detailed about her cuts and I wouldn’t know what I would do without these girla.

My 72 year old mother walked in and a stylist was with a customer and the other stylist was on the phone. They both saw her but she did not receive any acknowledgement even after 10 minutes of waiting. I mean, at least say«Hi, someone will be with you soon.» HAVEYOUHEARDOFCUSTOMERSERVICE? Yes, it’s a cheap haircut, but also, IT’S YOURJOB!!!

Ali is AWESOME! Stopped by on a sunday, and decided to wack off my long hair that I have had forever. Ali started slow to make sure i didn’t freak out and and had some good suggestions. I LOVEIT! Told her the critical spots that i didn’t want cut short, and she took the care to make sure my ideas and her expertise gave me the cutest look! Liked it so much i went home and got my mom and Ali did her hair too. My mom loves her new modern style too!!!(my mom is 82) i like that she is SOOO good and on top of the current trends that she can style young and old. You don’t find that much these days. Well, here is something I never knew. An employee told me that Supercut stylists ONLY cut one way. They are not allowed to do different things. I asked if the stylist knew how to scissor cut my hair as I have weird cow licks in different places. She said yes. That’s when she told me she cannot do that due to company policy. Really?! I am wondering if Supercuts hires stylists with little to no experience to cut costs and offer $ 15.00 haircuts. The place was very clean and the employees were very nice. I was just disappointed in their«policy». You get what you pay for. I just noticed my sideburns were all uneven. LOL Yes, my fault I know.

I went in yesterday only for a trim. My hair was down my back and getting pretty long. I ended up getting the most amazing haircut I have ever received! I felt so comfortable with my stylist that I allowed her to give me a pretty fierce a-line bob! She was even sweet enough to style it for me. The added texture that she incorporated really made it a perfect cut. If you’re ever at this location, please ask for Shannon! I promise you will leave satisfied! She ensures that every strand of hair is cut to her very high standards! Thanks again, Shannon!

This used to be my favorite place :(I always felt as though they did an exceptional job with cutting and coloring my hair until this last time. I went in for highlights and lowlights, it was a stylist I wasn’t familiar with but that really doesn’t matter at Supercuts because they are all trained the same way. After doing the foils, the stylist went through my hair and dyed the rest of it, I couldn’t tell what color and I didn’t question it because I’ve always been really pleased with the work they do. By the time the color was set and we had rinsed and were styling I could see that my hair was a dark, dark red. I was pretty mortified, all the stylists came by and said how pretty the color was and how it looked great with my complexion so I figured maybe I can just rock it! After about two days I realized that wasn’t happening and that I hated the color. I called Supercuts and told them what happened and asked if they could fix it. I made an appointment with Shanna to come in and have her look at it, but was called into work and missed the appointment. I thought, it would probably be better for my hair to have a break anyway. The following week I made an appointment to come in and when I arrived the stylist had a speech ready about how she wasn’t going to do anything except for deep condition my hair, which locks in the color that I am trying to remove. I begged her to fix it, and she refused. She told me I could book an appointment with Shanna a couple days later and maybe she would be able to do something. I did that, and came in to see Shanna and she too had a speech ready about how she wasn’t going to touch it. So your store ruined my hair, and not only will you not fix it but I was not compensated for the $ 100 I spent on it. I have to say, I understand that things like this happen but i am more upset with how the store handled the situation than I am with the job the stylist did. My hair will be fine, I have been going to V.I.P Salon and they have been helping me(exceptional service and quality) but I will never ever, ever go back to Supercuts ever again. :(

This location is going downhill. I been going to this one for years and once, Toni, Christina and Sophea left it started slippin. There are some new and inexperienced stylist who didn’t really know how fade that well. I could lines in my hair, certain spots were uneven and the whole haircut felt rushed. I know that they are still learning but when your used to a certain high standard, it’s hard to go back lesser quality. Additionally, the new crew is a lot younger(averaging early 20’s) so the professionalism and maturity certainly is different from what used to be. The discussions the stylist have to each other in front of other customers are sometimes very inappropriate.

I took my grandma here and felt that the service we got was really good. The girl who cut my grandma’s hair was super nice and was gentle with her. They are disable friendly here and since my grandma uses a walker they didn’t try to rush her into the chair or out of the chair. My only complaint is that the price is $ 14, but I guess that is because they have to pay for their rent somehow. We weren’t there for very long, so that is a bonus.

I got the most amazing haircut from Jennifer on Saturday. Jennifer not only did a fantastic job on my haircut she surpassed all my expectations! I love what Jennifer has done with my hair and I am 100% happy with the cut. Jennifer truly is a master stylist with over 30 years in the business. If you want a stylist who can cut a perfect precision haircut, Jennifer is the stylist for you. Don’t walk… run… to Supercuts and have Jennifer cut your hair. It will be one of the best things you will ever do for yourself.

Seriously I agree with Pat. I only come to supercuts because its $ 15 and I’m a poor college student but seriously today is probably going to be my last day. I asked for a 2 on the sides and to get it shorter on top. The worker seemed like she didn’t want to be there, and seemed like shes never cut hair before. She didn’t know where to cut the sides, and she asked if i wanted an 8 ontop. I don’t know but that was the first time I’ve been asked to have the top of my head shaved. When I took my time to check my hair the person seemed like she was irritated. She can’t even cut my side burns straight. She cut in a crooked line!!! I’ve been here about 5 times and the only person who was kind, friendly and decent is this nice Cambodian lady(ask for her if you do come). But seriously you can probably find better places for cheaper. Today was the last time I’m back. I’m tired of my friends making fun of my hair everytime I come to supercuts. Life sucks when you get your hair cut at supercuts. edit: ughhh my hair cut makes me so depressed I don’t even want to be seen in public after going to Supercuts. NEVERCOMEHERE!!! My friend noticed that the back of my head was red after 24 hours of getting the haircut. They scratched the back of my head when using the razor to cut it. It probably bled a little because there are scabs. If you want to avoid the hospital/doctor…avoid this place.

Worst haircut ever. Supercuts is a crapshoot. You hair looks different everytime you go there depending on what barber happens to be working when you show up. Some are good, some are really bad. Last time I was there, barber spent 10 minutes on hair, complained she was tired, and rushed me out of there so she could go home. Instead of coming here, find a good barber you like and stick to him. That way you get consistent results.
