Although my wife trains here regularly, I have dropped in with her quite a few times for a Bootcamp workout and even some spin classes. Rodger and Co, run a nice clean friendly operation that will help you shed the pounds, get stronger and be fitter no matter where your starting point is. Very friendly and knowledgeable it is a great place to go for your fitness needs.

SWEAT Fitness is awesome! The environment at the workout studio is great. You feel very welcomed by the moment you step into the door. I go to the morning classes and it is a great wway to start my work day. Most gyms can make you feel uncomfortable and ten to seem like more of a social scene, but not this one! I totally recommend SWEAt to all of my friends. I’m so happy i found it!

The trainers here are outstanding. During group classes they are guiding, checking form and encouraging. There are always 2 classes going, one group class(areobics or boot camp style stations) and a cycling class, the stationary bikes are cool because if you turn the handlebars they actually lean and turn, like a real bike. Again, the trainers come around and make sure the bike is set up to fit you the best possible. I’m only 5 feet tall and usually the stationary bikes are too big but these ones were adjustable even to accommodate me! I do hope that one day they are able to get a bigger place so that the classes can have their own rooms, sometimes the music from the cycling overpowers the other instructor’s class. Kangoo is interesting, they have these boots with a sort of spring type thing on them that help you bounce and take the shock out of your legs when you do aerobics. After some research it turns out that the kangoo boots were originally designed for physical therapy to take the pressure and shock off of joints after replacement surgery or work and now they use them for aerobics because you work just as hard but it’s less wear and tear on your joints! When you register for the class you register for the size you need and they have them there. I do best when there is accountability and when I work out at Sweat there is always an instructor there to make sure I am doing my best and watching my form. They offer a free 3 class trial and physical assessment. I took advantage of that before signing up online for a month to month membership. It is great that you can go online and sign up for classes and modify your membership as needed.

Great place with the most welcoming staff. Only reason not 5 Stars is the class times are so limited. I work nights, sleep late in the mornings and need some afternoon classes. Most are offered early morning or evenings. Otherwise, this is a great new place. Love the Spin Class I attend, tho the instructor has yet to say a word or acknowledge I am even there!!! Try this place out. They offer different unique classes and the couple that are the owners could not be better!

The best trainers and fitness classes in Stockton! For something new and fun you have to take a Kanga class! LaKeisha is a great personal trainer who listens and takes the«chore» out of working out!
