I was really glad when this place opened because there weren’t very many pearl milk tea places around Stockton! I got jasmine milk tea with small boba the first time, which was pretty good and the second time, I got classical rose milk tea with large pearls, which didn’t quite suit my taste(perhaps because I’m not used to the rose flavor?). The rose milk tea was expensive too($ 4.36). One downside is that they sometimes mess up orders(e.g. giving boba when asked for none). Overall, I’m glad this place opened and their drinks are good! –Update– Even though their drinks are good, it’s disappointing how they often don’t have boba ready. I usually come on Friday afternoons and both times I’ve come here, there was no boba.

T4 is a great to-go place after classes to chill with friends as it is located near Delta. So far, I’ve tried Panda Milk Tea and Potted Milk Tea, and lets just say, I was not at all disappointed. I have yet to try the appetizers on their menu, but Basil popcorn chicken is definitely on my top to try list: D I will be coming here more often since several people I know work here.

Not a bad place to get your boba fix. They got my sister’s order wrong. She ordered large and gave her regular size. Maybe because of the huge amount of people rolling in as they get busier. It’s a good place to sit with a group to play board games but their games are becoming so dirty and start having food residues. They need to start keeping an eye out on those. I wish they also reposition where they have their straws, dips etc. It’s crowded to have it in the corner where they have them. People stand there and there’s also a table nearby. Poor planning but what can you do!

Since this was my first experience from this café, I’ll make this review very brief: Pros: — Able to customize your level of ice, heat, & sweetness level(score!) — LOTS of tapioca are provided in your drink — Friendly service — More drinks & food arriving soon! Cons: — Even though the store was open after 11am, the sign was not on — Loud music overplayed — A total of 30~ drinks, but most are only one flavor — CANNOT mix-&-match drinks like Lollicup(Ex: At Lollicup you can make a Mango raspberry tea, but at T4 there is only Mango royal tea available) — LONG wait service, even after opening(mainly because the tapioca’s are cooking, but they should still be prepared by opening hours) — Location filled with homeless people wandering around 10 minutes after opening, I ordered a regular Mango royal tea(wasn’t able to mix my drink with another flavor) with 50% sweetness and tapioca, which literally took about another 10 minutes to complete. I understand that it was 10 minutes after opening and that it takes a while for tapioca to cook, but I can get my drink at Lollicup a LOT faster with the same order because they’re always prepared for service, so, sorry T4, you lose one star. I do LOVE how you can customize your sweetness level, and since I ordered my drink with 50% sweetness, I was able to taste the bitterness in my tea. I also appreciate the abundance of tapiaco and their textures, similar to Bambu & Lollicup’s & most definitely better than Quickly’s. Despite the long wait service, I definitely will order my drinks here more often because I can actually customize the sweetness level.

Absolutely the best boba place in Stockton. The blacked potted milk tea is my usual– I definitely recommend it. Their basil chicken is also very good and they give you a good amount. The only thing is, if you’re a first timer to T4, the style of ordering could be confusing. So be sure to check out the menu!

T4 seemed like the best choice for after-dinner boba drinks since I wanted to avoid the usual spots like Quicklys or Lollicup. I recently tried T4 at their new location in Natomas and was underwhelmed, so I was hoping to order something more memorable this time around. I decided to go with their fresh royal milk tea, regular sweetness and regular ice. It tasted ordinary, nothing spectacular, especially since I’ve recently been obsessed with the milk tea over at Cool Tea Bar. The highlight: drinks came out really fast considering the place was packed. They had around 3 – 4 people in the back making drinks. The prices are cheap at T4 compared to other spots, but you get what you pay for.
