Finally went back to this taco truck this evening, to order a pork burrito. Wasn’t as good as last time, but wasn’t bad either! Meat was to dry and husband got the asada which he claimed was too salty. The service was efficient and size of burritos were good! Just hoping for better next time!

FINALLY tried this taco truck. The tacos were OMG delish… spicy for this white girl, so be warned! Also tried the regular burrito. which was also spicy & good… not the best or worst, but only $ 4.50 and it was FULL of meat! If you’re a bit of a taco truck whore like myself… I say give it a whirl!!!

Best tacos of my life… if u want tacos with plenty of meat… good sauce and cooked perfectly everytime … u have to try this place… I could go on and on about this place but unless u try it s3w3w3w w w3 we qwerty w q q don’t know what ur missing. Also the staff is friendly … it was very cold the last time I was there … so I waited in my car … I guess I lost track of time because when I looked back at the truck they were tryin to wave me over… which I felt was very nice of them.

Cool alternative if you want to get a quick taco fix. The super burrito was meh, okay, but would rather spend a couple bucks more and get Chipotle. Love the little vegetables that come with your food though. Have to dock a star because the pastor and asada tacos were hot as hell omg. I enjoy a little spice in my food, but damn! Would opt for chicken next time to see if maybe that’d be less hot.

Their food is very good, stands out among the many trucks in Stockton and even better than some actual brick and mortar joints.

THE best tacos in Stockton! The pastor is on point! It’s fresh, juicy, and marinated perfectly! The truck is parked at the 76 gas station on March. It’s open late(till 12a.m.) too which is a definite plus!

I ate here last week for the fisrt time. Its a taco truck on filbert and fremont. Bomb tacos! Super delicious and authentic taste tacos al pastor. Came with pieces of pineapple. 1.50 each taco. I think the salsa is what really sets it apart. Green salsa and red salsa are both spicy, but flavorful. Comes with grilled cebollitas for added flavor.

Very good truck that’s been at the 76 gas station at March and I-5 lately. Fresh tasting food from this clean looking truck. The beef burrito and pork tacos which were both very good. They come with a whole jalapeño, sliced carrots, and radishes on the side. Hope they stay in this location as it’s close for me.

Great food. Super clean truck. Friendly staff. BUT I cannot recommend them for private events. I believed I had finalized plans for them to be part of my fathers memorial this weekend on to find out a few days prior that my party wasn’t going to be profitable enough so they weren’t coming. Honesty was refreshing. But didn’t make up for being cancelled on with such short notice.

So i think its time for me to write a review for this place because tonight was the third time i’ve had it in the past 5 days! The food is so delicious and i must say, not your ordinary taco truck! This particular truck(i5 and march location) has a different taste, more appetizing and flavorful. I’ve had their asada & lengua tacos & a super chicken/al pastor burrito. The burrito size is a tad smaller than your average taco truck burrito size but the tastes makes up for the size. Absolutely my favorite taco truck in Stockton! Definitely a must go for taco truck pit stops!

I love this taco truck! They’re very clean, which is my biggest thing when it comes to taco trucks. I use to work at a taco truck so I know how it is behind the scenes. This truck impressed me with their tacos. There sooo good! I come here about twice a month and always order Al pastor tacos. I like the way they keep everything clean, and they’re very attentive. 5 stars to this place love it!

Best Pastor ever. Had it in a super burrito for $ 5. They use a verde sauce that’s tangy and full of flavor. We just saw the cleanest taco truck ever and had to try. Definitely a repeat customer now!

I used to eat at various burrito trucks 6 – 8 times a month until an unfortunate incident soured me from them. That was 18 years ago and I hadn’t been back since. But earlier this week I was headed out for lunch and spotted the Tacos El Mayita at the corner of Fremont and Filbert. I was impressed with the cleanliness and(I’ll admit) newness of the equipment. I even noticed that they had a brand new high end generator powering their truck. This led me to believe that they were not going to skimp on quality to save a few bucks. I was equally impressed with their menu, clearly posting the ingredients of each menu item in English and Spanish, which made ordering very easy. I ordered my all-time favorite, a regular burrito, al pastor, no beans, spicy. Let me say that I have tried countless times to order al pastor in restaurants longing for the taste I remembered from my early twenties. Well, I finally found it! But not only was it the perfect combination of slightly browned pork with just a very slight hint of sweet, the meat was of the best quality I’ve ever found. Too many times before had I found the meat tough or mixed in with gristle. But this was all super tender inside and slightly crisped on the outside. The rice was also perfectly fluffy and tasty all on it’s own. They also included with the meal a small plastic bag filled with freshly sliced cucumbers, carrots, and pickled jalapenos. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that I always liked the heat sweat from the extra spicy sauce I remembered from long ago. I think maybe now they go easy to appeal to the majority that may like their food less spicy. But the pickled jalapenos helped with a little heat. I am not exaggerating when I say that this feels like I’ve found a long lost friend. I can’t wait until next week when I’ll try the carne asada.
