Yum Yum Donut Shop

Great service. I ordered a decaf coffee at lunch. Most places either don’t serve decaf that late or give you stale coffee. They brewed a new pot for me. Donuts were fresh too. That is how you create a repeat customer, which I now am.

Donuts are not fresh. Hardly any donuts when I go… Seems to me they recycle donuts.

I excused them for not so fresh donuts once before but this time is just inexcusable. I chalked it up to them being located in Stockton, but the terrible location is not offset by a high quality donut. Something must be done right away.
When I arrived, I thought the 15 donuts for 11 bucks deal was a steal. Little did I know that, despite the visible batter machine spinning dough and fresh donuts that seemed to be waiting on the shelves behind the counter, ALL of the donuts I would select would be hard, disgusting things. Someone needs to give these guys a course on how to frost a donut — the chocolate frosting on all of the donuts looks like someone dripped a pan of watery feces paint onto them and doesn’t taste much better. In addition, the glaze on their glazed donuts just cracks and crumbles right off the top. ALL of the donuts were not at all fresh and did not have any sort of softness or goodness to them. This is not the level of quality I expect from a Yum Yum Donut shop; corporate needs to review this location STAT.

I’m not a fan of Yum Yum, at one time I thought they were good. Either I changed or they changed, whatever it was I no longer care for their donuts

I was visiting Stockton from Sacramento so it’s my first time here. The donuts don’t taste nearly as good as the ones I get at the donut shops I usually go to. They have a lard taste or something to them. The coffee was good. Lots of flies in the restaurant. Oh well.

What can I say the donuts were supa dupa good! Yum Yum!!! I got a dozen and the guy threw in an extra. :) I’m guessing it was a donut they couldn’t sell cause it wasn’t pretty. I’ll take it.
I gave it a 4 because its in a questionable area and there was a bum hanging out inside but I was planning on taking my dozen on the go anyhow.

Bait and switch donuts!!!
Ok, so this morning I went to Yum Yum, I ordered 2 french crullers, the menu board said «regular & twists» .89.
So, when I got to the register, I was charged $ 1.00 EA?
I questioned the price and I was told that the posted price was the «after 6: am price???
I said ok, so where is the before 6: am price list, and why is it not posted too? The girl just shrugged.
It’s only .40 but it’s MY .40!!!
FYI YUM YUM Bait and switch is illegal!!!
Meaning if you post a price for a certain item, and when we go to pay you charge a higher price, it’s called «bait and switch» !!
Can you say BBB?

Called ahead to have 4 dozen donuts ready (w/​sprinkles). The owner was very friendly and concerned with providing great customer service. The donuts were ready to perfection! I was a little surprised at the cost, I guess I just haven’t bought them in a while. After eating half a donut I didn’t mind what I paid, they were fresh, real, cake-​like donuts, not the cheap, air filled ones that are often sold elsewhere. I can’t wait til they open up at their new Waterloo location. Oh yeah — there was a nice young guy that carried the donuts to my car for me!!!
