The food is fairly good. My family is vegetarian and I am gluten free in addition. The food is tasty, fast and not too hard on the wallet.

I wanted something different and I read some other Unilocaler’s reviews and thought I’d give it a try. I walked in and told the owner that I’d never had Mediterranean food before and he wanted me to sample two different kinds of chicken before I chose. I picked an Indian spiced chicken that was tender and had a kick to it! That plus the basmati rice and Greek salad and my meal was complete. I’m going to go back and try falafel; the owner allowed me to try one since I’d told him I’d never had it. His conversation and demeanor was friendly, I got the experience I wanted, something different for dinner.

I love this place. I go to school right across the street at GPC so this is just perfect for in between classes. I mostly get the beef gyro plate but I’ve tried a little of everything and I have absolutely no complaints. Always fresh. Always delicious.

This place stands out from its competition based on the portion size The service is great and the location is right on memorial drive There is a small space for seating with a great window view of Memorial FALAFELSALAD This falafel is softer than most and it’s sprinkled over a generous portion of salad. The salad was fresh and there was plenty of fresh veggies and pickles to go round HUMMUS Excellent! Good consistency and not drowning in olive oil. CURRYCHICKEN We were able to sample a portion of the stewed chicken and there was an intense, robust flavor to it– it was stewed down well and perfectly seasoned — this stands up to the memorial drive West Indian stewed chicken competitors — give it a try LASSIEMANGOMILK delicious. Came here on a wet and cold day and it was instantly a pick me up — sweet and milky — natural sweetness too, not a powdery mix or a heavy cream taste — blended fresh to order right before our eyes Lastly I want to comment on two things other our order … 1. Cleanliness While this place looks like a run of the mill street side wing shop, this is more like someone’s small kitchen, made to order. You will truly feel as though you are purchasing a home cooked meal. I have photo’ed the rating for the skeptics(myself formerly included) 2. Off the Menu The owner has a plethora of dishes that he can enthusiastically recite. He is an Army veteran and has brought to Atlanta spices, flavor, and the love in food from kitchens that span the world Take a minute to pop in and introduce yourself– and customize a dish or share a recipe — this is a different kind of Mediterranean experience — Enjoy!

Also found this restaurant on Eat24. Ordered the Vegetarian Delight & hummus with lemon. Food was an hour late — estimated delivery 45 mins, arrived an hour &45 mins later. I did the chat with Eat24 thing when it was 15 mins late — they said they spoke to the restaurant and that the driver was on his way. The restaurant is about 10 mins from me. When it was 30 mins late, I called the restaurant — they said the driver was on his way and food would be delivered in 10 mins. 15 mins later(as I was preparing to cancel the order), my doorbell finally rang. Vegetarian dish was missing falafel and baba ganoush. Two stars only because the chickpea patty things weren’t that bad.

I discovered this place via Eat 24. I’ve mainly sampled their vegetarian options and those are great. I’ve got absolutely no complaints about that. Everything is chopped up and cooked fresh for your order and it’s oh so good. I’m a meat guy trying to eat healthier and I initially ordered it thinking«meh» tasting food was something I’d have to live with now that I’m trying to eat vegetarian most days out of the week but this food is damn good. Places like this make me see how someone could easily go full vegetarian and not look back… at least until football season where vegetarian bar food is generally crap. I’ve also ordered the lamb plate from them twice and that was ok. The lamb meat was a little hard, but that could have been because I got it delivered and maybe it got that way on the way. Delivery is slow as molasses but it’s a small place with only one guy cooking and another delivering, so that’s to be expected. The location is a hole in the wall that’s kinda just a glorified stand with a waiting area that could double as really limited dinning space, assuming you can take the heat from the kitchen and the hot Georgia sun without A/C. I won’t hold that against them though. I don’t think they’re really trying to sell themselves as some great in-restaurant dining experience and it really seems like there just so happened to be a bar in the waiting area when they purchased the location. Anyways, five stars. The food that I go there for(vegetarian cuisine) is great and the guy running it and cooking everything is nice.

I thought this place was alright. I’ve had better chicken shawarma but this place is alright. I will say this place seems like they cook things fresh.
