I didn’t even want to give this establishment a one star. I lived in Atlanta from 2008 to 2012. This store was my go to store for hair and beauty accessories and I always enjoyed the relationship I have with the staff. I relocated to DC and had not been in a few years. Two weeks ago I went to the store and saw the same woman working there that was employed when I lived in Atlanta. She has blonde highlights in the front of her hair and is of Asian descent. I walked in and as I went to the section looking for hair, no one was there to help me. So I decided to look at the rest of the store until someone came to that section. Once I saw that there was someone over there and it seem to be the woman I used to work with I walked over. As I approached the counter, she did not greet me instead I had to greet her and say I was looking for some help, she was looking at what seem to be an inventory book and was not interested in helping me obviously. I asked to try on some different styles and she looked bothered. She told me that I could try on a maximum of three styles, and was frustrated when I asked about the different types of hair available. I try to ask as many questions as possible so that there was clarity but once she gave me the three styles to try on it seems as though they were not the styles I was looking for. The entire time as I was asking for styles and asking questions she seemed bothered, and downright rude. I said to her that I used to shop with her a few years back and she was much more kind then. She did not change her attitude and instead continued to tell me about the rules of the store. Which I except. It was more so her delivery that was unacceptable. I reminded her that I spent thousands of dollars with her in the past and she did not seem to care. I decided to leave the establishment after her poor service and on my way out I told the people the front counter I was extremely disappointed in my service and that I’m embarrassed that over the past few years I recommend people to go there. Which I will not be doing anymore. They treated me like I was going to steal a product and in addition the woman acted as though I was not allowed to try on different styles. She was rude and unfriendly and I do not recommend anyone doing business at their establishment.

This is a horrible establishment. The customer service is horrendous. I was given a store credit for a return. When I returned to make buy some products, they refused to allow me to make a purchase with the same store credit they had issued to me a week before. Please patronize a different establishment if you can.
