Greedy, nickel and dime fees, rude staff. Avoid if possible. Lots of other companies with less issues.

RATED IT– 0! It is run by slicksters!!! Upon entering site, I ran over a rock on the site (company duty to keep grounds free of debris). I followed all protocol and was not contacte about issue. I received a tex that my unit was overdue and a fee was added! Why didn’t they tex me like (u-​haul) other companies, w/​o a $ 1.00 notification fee?!! I would have paid the extra $ 1.00 to avoid such a costly fee! UHAUL IS THE BEST BET OR PUBLIC STORAGE!!!
