This is the worst urgent care I’ve ever visited… Don’t waste your time. I went to this location purely out of convenience; but here I sit 5 days later with the same cough and antibiotics that don’t work, along with a $ 200+ plus bill. I call to explain what was happening and the receptionist tells me the doctor won’t be back at this location and other doctors are prohibited from reviewing previous notes. If this is the same practice– what’s the issue, right? He was like come back and pay another $ 200+ to see another doctor… Not will be making a hot hottie tonight– hope that helps.
**NOTE
I clearly know my issue and its seasonal, acute bronchitis they didn’t even want to provide and inhaler

Don’t go there!!! They just take your co pay and charge soooooo much to insurance. I should have sacrificed and went to emergency room. Please please let this be your last very last option.

Been here several times. Everyone is professional and no issues with bills after my care would rather go here than ER or regular doctor. So far so good!

Go to the ER. Half– doses and no narcotics. Trust me! Don’t go in this place if you are in pain our really sick. I paid ER rates for my insurance $ 149 to receive horrible treatment. My primary doctor was out of town, so I thought it would be quicker. My back got worst. All I needed was decent anti inflammatory. The stuff she gave me didn’t work. I couldn’t move the next day. I went back within the allowed 48 hours, and the doctor sent a nurse out to the lobby, brochure in hand, to recommend a back specialist. I already have one ma’am. She didn’t see me though. My pain increased … They then told me to Go to the ER. Don’t patronize this place. Three days later, I’m going to the ER like I should have done the first time… Problem solved. My doctor will be in Monday. Ever wonder why the place is always empty? You will not get better. Be thankful you read this.

So after taking my son twice to this facility, they ran my insurance and told me I was only going to owe $ 46 based on my plan. How I ended up with a bill a month later of $ 212 is beyond me. No wonder this place is empty all the time… many people are probably aware of their shady business practices. Moving forward, I will just go to Concentra and deal with the wait!
