Pizza Hut

I’ve been ordering pizzas from here since 2005. Over the years the quality of the pizza has fallen. Starting around 2012 was when the pizza lacked in tastes and many other aspects. Workers are also rude and disgusting. The pizza here smells like its been dipped in rotten sock juice sometimes. It’s crazy how bad the pizza smells sometimes. It has happened twice. step it up pizza hut

Why is a pizza place closed at 1 on a Friday night this is when they should be raking in money instead they suck at life

This was my second order from them. My overall experience was horrible. My first experience I ordered two medium pizzas and their specialty cookie pizza. It was horrible the deep dish medium pepperoni and pineapple on my order was messed up barely any toppings lacking a lot of cheese. It looked horrible, I posted pictures of it on their website they gave me a link in order to file a complaint. When filing the complaint it asked me if I wanted someone to follow up via phone call or email I chose phone call and no one ever responded. When I called Pizza Hut back a week later and voiced my complaint to the store the assistant or shift manager Vanessa was very helpful. She talked me into giving Pizza Hut another chance with a very generous discount which I used and the second time I still had unfavorable experience. I ordered the same exact meal as the first and the sauce on the pizzas were all wrong. All in all I gave them a fair opportunity to get it right. Still couldn’t do it.

These people here are a big NO NO I call it pizza hood… they informed me a hour delivery which turned to two… then when I got the pizza it was cold and definitely the wrong order the man didn’t even come to door my boyfriend went to the parking lot and found him .I was unsatisfied

This place is crazy! Almost saw a fist fight, the phone rang for 10 minutes straight with no one answering it, the cooler with bottled water has a padlock on it… crazy!
It was a busy afternoon with lot’s of bowl games on but when we initially ordered online it stated 3 hours before delivery. 3 HOURS! Are you crazy? We order from this location all the time and it usually is only 30 minutes. So, we called them up, and called again and again. We finally got someone to answer and got our order changed to pickup. And, magically, we can pick it up in 40 minutes. Hmmm… either lack of drivers or sheer incompetence is involved here.
Pizza was great, by the way. Food has always been excellent. Even the service has always been good but this day thru we way off.
Word to the wise: Don’t order on game day.
