I have never been to a more rude or disrespectful Walgreens. I have been shopping at Walgreens for years and will never step foot in this particular one again. I was trying to get a prescription for my 2 year old son on two separate occasions. The first one, I sat there for 10 mins and the pharmacist was too busy on her cell phone to acknowledge me or the guy on his truck at the window. I tried to get her attention, but whatever personal conversation was better than her customers. The second one, I went through the drive through and realized I didn’t have my prescription card on me. While calling the hotline so the pharmacy tech could verify my coverage, another car pulled up. Instead of asking me to move politely, she looked behind me and then said, «you have to move now!» Excuse me! All she had to say was, «could you please move forward so I can assist the other car until we get your information.» I mean come on… what has happened to being nice and respectful. Needless to say, I will NEVER step foot in there again! I’ve already gotten his prescription called in somewhere else!

I’m from Vegas where almost anything is 24 hours, so moving to Georgia, I had to drastically get used to not having that leisure anymore. But hey, at least I live nearby this 24 hours Walgreens! Prescriptions anytime! Which is perfect because sometimes I’m forgetful on refilling my stuff on time.
For the past couple months though, I’ve been getting automated calls from Walgreens (around the right time I should be getting a refill) and asking me if I wanted to refill now or later. Soooo useful! Go Walgreens!
Customer service here is just… Okay.
But that’s alright I don’t expect fantastic customer service in stone mountain anyway! Overall, 24 hour Walgreens is a major plus.

I’d be more of a fan if the panhandlers didn’t always accoust me everytime I attempted to shop here. Friendly, hardworking staff can only do so much. Pharmacy is naturally wary considering the store’s tenuous location. There is a pharmacy drive thru window, one with the security slide out tray and a bullet-​proof glass through which the attendent speaks through a phone on the wall. With the unsavery street people hanging out here, I think I will take my business elsewyhere.

I like this one as I go there all the time! They have a good variety and selection the service is adequate! I like the fact that they have the new rewards system so I can save $$$!

This Walgreen is very accommodating and friendly. The staff here always help out when you have a question. They may not have everything in stock mentioned on the newsletter/​coupon, but they are always willing to give you a rain-​check for the item. I usually get my photos developed here and they turn out pretty good most of the time. I also come here to rent movies from the Redbox kiosk located inside of the store. They also have a Pharmacy and the Pharmacists that I’ve talked to are very helpful in explaining medication and what not.
My only complaint about this location is that sometimes there are pan-​handlers wandering around outside asking for change. Nothing against them because I’ve donated plenty of times, but when it gets to the point where I know each of their faces then that’s a problem.
Not a bad Walgreen. They have security cameras on active. I would’ve given 4 stars, but 3 stars due to the pan-​handlers.

I love the clinic here. The only bad thing here is that they don’t restock some of the out of stock/​unavailable items quickly enough.

So what’s this Walgreens got that other locations don’t? I’m drawing a blank here. There’s really not much to say other than if you’ve been to one, you’ve seen a lot. I will say the staff is very helpful, helped me locate shaving gel when it was getting later in the evening. No complaints about this location or store.
