First the inside is super cool love the fire fighter materials and coats on the walls ! Second your greeted by such a kind knowledgeable staff, as a first timer I was informed on everything and even recommended the staffs favorites ! They talk you threw the whole sand which process and are very nice! The food is great! Such fresh REAL cold cuts no subway garbage processed meats! And you get enough meat to make a second sandwich at home! The bread was extremely fresh as well as all the garnishes !! They are a bit pricey but it’s worth it for the quality and quantity of food you get!!! Will defiantly be back and defiantly be recommending this place to everyone !!!

I give it 4 stars for the food itself but for the service its a zero, they are way to slow to get your order to you in a timely manner. payed for food at 12:30 didn’t get food until 12:48, almost 20 minutes. That is completely unacceptable. subways can crank out 5 subs in the time you guys take to do 1. It’s as shame because they have really good subs.

The best Sub ever with a tremendously friendly staff. Although they recently opened the staff was having so much fun. More importantly the food is fantastic. Steamed meat on a toasted bun doesn’t get any better

Friendly, tasty… and slow as molasses. If firefighters took as much time extinguishing actual blazes as these guys do making sandwiches, then we’d all be charred piles of smoldering rubble. Their grand opening to the public was on 11÷16÷15, and naturally I was in attendance since I work quite literally across the street. Getting my 1st sub here took a while, perhaps due to the opening day crowd or just general chaos. Then on my 2nd trip I was faced with the same story: an interminably long wait for a delicious sandwich. My 3rd trip: you guessed it. I can be in and out of Potbelly’s in 6 minutes flat, and their toasted subs are essentially the same. Jimmy Johns(although not toasted) can prepare yours in under 3 minutes, 2 if you get the right person. So when I come to Firehouse I have to ask the question, should it *really* take 20 minutes to prepare a submarine sandwich? Even when coupled with the fact that they steam their meats here? Another point of confusion is their ordering system. They ask for your name(to later call it out like some places do) and then proceed to give you a numerical placeholder… which is totally redundant. Why give me a number card if they’re just going to shout out«ORDERFORERIC S» anyway? To add insult to injury, they don’t even reclaim the placeholders, which then accumulate on the tables(when I sat down there were still 3 of them on there, none of them mine). Long waits and wonky ordering system aside, I love everything else about this sub spot. From the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, to the sweet tea dispenser, to the large wall mural and fire station décor. They also have a large array of hot sauces, ranging from mild to wild, with appropriately numbered stickers. I wonder why there’s 4 – 9 levels of heat but no 1, 2, 3, or 10? Ah well. Employees are friendly and greet you immediately upon entering. You can round up your meal order to donate to the public safety fund, which is nice. Although there still seems to be some confusion among the line workers on what goes on a sandwich, who’s order is next up, etc. Growing pains, I ‘spose. The payoff is a great sammich, but if what you’re seeking is a ‘quick bite’, then continue seeking.

My family and I had lunch at Firehouse Subs this week and loved it! Great food and service. The restaurant is so cute and my kids loved all the firehouse themed décor. The subs are great, high quality ingredients and the best bread! We will definitely be back soon!
