Amy Moses Integrative Massage

I enjoyed my first massage from Amy Moses today, after receiving a gift certificate from a wonderful friend, and it was a real treat. It was especially nice how much time Amy took at the start of our session to get to know me and what was happening in my body. I hate when it feels like you have to rush and blurt out everything you’d like to dealt with. Amy asked many questions and seemed to really care that I got the most out of her treatment.
The massage was very healing. Amy was amazing and uncovering meridians of tension and working them out. Areas that always feel tight and cause me pain were let go and healed. She uses a varitey of techniques, and each of them felt like they had been called for in the moment. It was a very sensitive and intuitive massage, and I am always looking for that. I loved the Craniosachral work she added in. My neck and shoulders felt so long and relaxed afterward. I was so relaxed and felt much more calm and centered. Thank you Amy! I’ll be coming back for more.

Amy is a fantastic masseuse, We are from NYC and had been researching places to get massages in the area while on vacation and decided not to go to a day spa and instead with Amy. She is very knowledgeable and caring. She has a wonderful bedside manner and knows what she is doing.
I hold a lot of tension in my upper back and shoulders and Amy took her time making sure to get every tense spot — even areas I didnt know held tension. The session felt way longer than an hour (in a good way) and I left very relaxed and refreshed. Plus she has a cute studio and a fireplace — perfect for chilly days!

I scheduled a craniosacral session with Amy because I had a headache for over a month. During the session I felt waves of relaxation spread throughout my body. Two days later the headache was gone! Amy is a gifted healer: fully present and devoted 100% to my wellbeing. I highly and enthusiastically recommend a session with Amy!
