If I could give a negative star, I would. I went here to get the veingough laser treatment for small red veins on my nose. The brand was not veingough, it was vein expert and was terrible. Not only was this painful, but I ended up scarring from this service. When I called to tell them, they told me that I had to wait longer for the recovery. Well, it’s now been a month and a half and I have a permanent indentation scar on my nose. I am so upset with this procedure and will end up having to get this fixed by a doctor. The woman who treated me was an Esthetician and clearly did not have enough training with this procedure. I can’t say how disappointed I am, especially because I am getting married in a couple months and wanted my veins removed for my honeymoon, not to add another problem!

My recommendation is do not go to anyone. Do you research and go to medically licensed professionals. They are courteous, knowledge and do a great job. It is not painful and the results are great

I went here to consult with Dr. Julianne Stoughton regarding a hereditary varicose vein problem in my right leg. Dr. Stoughton and her staff were everything I wanted and in direct contrast to Dr. Jeanette K. Chang, MDwhom I had seen first, for the same condition. While Dr. Chang and her staff made me feel like an annoyance for wanting more info or for having questions about my prescription, Dr. Stoughton was marvelous. It made me feel so good to know she’s treated other people like myself(heavy weightlifters). She knew the answers to all the questions that Dr. Chang had not seemingly been able to answer. I felt respected, accommodated, and fully heard. I had felt the opposite at Dr. Chang’s office. Dr. Stoughaton’s staff is so cheerful and friendly it’s practicably unreal. Her office is brightly lit and feels welcoming. They really took the time to make me feel that they genuinely cared for my well being and worked to accommodate my questions and needs. I had my appointment just yesterday and was simple stunned at how much better I felt about how things had gone that I literally walked around the rest of the day beaming. Whereas when I had gone to see Dr. Chang only a month earlier, I left feeling dejected and angry, feeling as if I wasn’t fully heard or given good answers to my questions. I comes done to this. I care very much about my health. If I need a medical procedure, I do my homework. I read everything I can get my hands on so I know as much as I can so I know what I might be getting myself into. Still, I am not a medical professional. When I go to you, and you don’t seem to know what I am talking about, really can’t answer my questions, or even direct me to sources that might explain things further? You are not the doctor for me. Dr. Chang failed in this regard. While Dr. Stoughton? She more then exceeded my exceptions and then some. She seemed so happy to have a patient who understood and had taken the time to do extensive reading in order to better understand her condition. She talked to me at great length about exciting research involving betting understanding the gene expression that might cause people to develop valve problems in their legs and varicose veins in the first place. It was fascinating to hear about, and having her want to go above and beyond in explaining to me about the latest info, really made me feel respected and valued. Do you need varicose vein treatment? This is the place. I’ll be sure to update once I have my actual surgery, but I have every confidence it should go just fine. I feel that Dr. Stoughton genuinely cares and if she treats all her patients with the compassion and consideration that I feel she showed me? She’s top notch.
