Review The service department was great! I had problems with my Navigation chip/card and had called Ford. They were very helpful and tried to resolve the issue by phone. When it could not be resolved, I was told to contact the dealer. When I called Jimmy Granger Ford, I was told to bring it in and have it checked. Andrew, from the service department, was helpful and within a matter of minutes, my issue had been resolved. I had made my way through the showroom and had just sat down when he told me my car was ready. They replaced the card/chip.
