I’ve seen Dr. Guido(and various residents at the practice) for treatment of migraines. I have always been very happy with the front office staff, nurses and the doctors themselves, especially Dr. Guido. I see other patients who have left negative reviews about the wait time. I don’t doubt that, but as for my experience I have never waited more than 20 minutes to be seen by Dr. Guido or a resident. The one thing I do find kind of annoying is the process of checking in, seeing the biller and the nurse before each visit. As of today, here’s the process: *You check in and are given a large stack of paperwork to fill out if you are a new patient or a smaller stack if you are a current patient. *You sit down, start to fill out your paperwork and no sooner get called into billing. You collect your paperwork, purse, pen, clipboard and see the biller *You go back to the waiting room and no sooner get called by the nurse to get weighed, have your BP taken and the nurse asks you some questions, all of which are already in the stack of paperwork you’ve been trying to fill out *You go back to the waiting room and try to finish filling out your stack of paperwork, and if you’re lucky like I’ve been, you are called in rather quickly to see the doctor. So again you’re collecting your paperwork(that you haven’t had a chance to finish because you’ve been called up to billing and to see the nurse), and you see the doctor(who asks you all the same questions that are repeated in the stack of paperwork you’ve been trying to fill out) and enters them directly into the computer LOL! I’ve been to a lot of doctors in my life for either myself or my mom, and never have I seen a process such as this. Guess what? I offered my stack of paperwork(which I managed to finish filling out) to the doctor but she told me to give it back to the front desk — who originally told me to give it directly to the doctor LOL!

THISREVIEWISFORONEDOCTORINPARTICULAR. Not all of the doctors in this office have the scheduling issues that Dr. Spinner has. As a doctor, Dr. Spinner is very good but his office just ensured that we never return. Our last visit was spent waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes. When we finally asked another doctor about the wait the answer was«and it’s going to be longer, we have very sick people here today.» You know, that’s all well and good and if this was the first hour plus wait we would have understood but every time we come to this office we spend over an hour waiting. Today was the last straw. They didn’t even have the decency to ask us to reschedule when they realized they were severely backed up. They just expected us to wait for 2 plus hours. Never again. Do not use Dr. Spinner if your time is valuable.
