Only good thing about this gym is the equipment and that it is 24 hours.
The environment isn’t great, the ab room has holes in the walls, and the people there aren’t very friendly. If you want to go to a gym where everyone just stares and gives you dirty looks this is the place to go. The gym gets too busy to even work out. It’s expensive for what you’re getting and if you do decide to cancel, cancel a few months before the annual fee comes out cause if it’s even a month before they’ll still take it out. I like working out in a real gym with lots of equipment but this gym always ruined my mood once I entered.

I’ve been going here for about 6 years. It’s open 24/​7, which is great when you work off-​hours. There are plenty of machines and the atmosphere is pretty welcoming. The people working at the desk are always nice and helpful. My only gripe is that I’ve had numerous billing issues. I switched my payment method and was told everything was all set. I found out 3 months later that my payments were not going through when I received a letter from a credit collector. It turns out that the expiration date on my CC was entered incorrectly. I understand mistakes happen, however, I was still forced to pay the late fees. I was told that I should have received a call stating that I owed money. I did not receive any calls. Fast forward a year later and my credit card numbers were stolen when Target had their security breach. I understand that this is not 24/7’s fault, however, a call stating that I owed money would be nice. Other than the billing issues, it is still a good gym compared to others in the area.

I belonged to this gym and was moving, so i went by to cancel. They told me I had to pay the remaining few months of my contract. I found this fair and did so, in cash. The next thing I know my bank account showed money still being taken out for the gym. I contacted the owner and he said he would give me my money back, just give him my info. I did that, and havent seen a thing. I have contacted him a handful of times and still NO refund. WTF. The amount is not that great, it is the principle.

The most horrible experience I have ever had at a gym and I am a career athlete wrestling over 25 years and mixed martial arts for the last 5 years an employee of the gym called screamed at me and called me a dipshit because I was kneeing the uppercut bag! When I curse back at him they kick me out the gym! Horrible gym I saw no sign that said I couldn’t knee the uppercut bag! I had my children with me and was kicked out of the gym for cursing back at an employee who cursed at me horrible in addition I did not like how they treated the minority patrons they act like every black person that walk through the door was trying to steal gym time! Horrible experience!
Do NOT SPEND MONEY HERE! The equipment is old and dated the only perk to the gym is its 24 hours.

I finally received some sort of response. I was sent a text stating there was a problem with my account. I sent back a response stating ALL my issues, troubles and concerns with my membership account cancellation. Never received a call or text back.
The worst customer service experience of my life.

This gym is str8 not exactly a 5 star but is a 3 don’t know much about. The Robberies staff seems cool bathrooms are Questionable but the equipment alone is nice boxing room basketball court ab room message pool all girl fitness room and tanning with spinning classes n Zumba daycare all under one roof why go anywhere else when ur getting ur money’s worth here unlike WOW it’s 20 a month over here ur paying a little bit under for way more Access place just needs a little TLC I see the potential in it so for all the negative reviews ease up a bit stop scaring ppl n let them try it out for them selves also they have steam room n sauna. Place is top notch if you want scabies! I saw a used tampon grow mold in the corner of toilet stall 2 in the ladies locker room. Locker room never cleaned, like ever, not even a half hearted windex wipe down the mirror. The really skanky sales girl too has been hospitalized for MRSA. MRSA!!! No precaustions taken even thou her roid head boyfriend gave it to her there from his needle use. How do I know this? Because her MRSA was inside her ass cheek and his dog apparently had it too! His dog!!! Thats the clientele of ²⁴⁄₇ Family Fitness– also to note the owner TOM has been know to bring phillippine lady boys for a late night «game» of «basket ball» where the basket was his face.

DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM! My car got broken into in their parking lot. They state that they have cameras outside, however they only one that points directly at the door and that’s it. STOUGHTON POLICE EVEN TOLD ME THAT IT HAPPENS A LOT AND SHOULD CONSIDER GOING TO A DIFFERENT GYM! I attempted contacting the owner but, he never replied back to my multiple phone calls or messages. It really proves the type of person that owner is and how he doesn’t give a fuck about his members. Clearly the owner just sits on his fat ass and is not concerned about the security of his members or their belongings.
The only thing that this gym has going for it is the price. Oh and also there isn’t no cell reception, so good luck texting or calling anyone if you need too.
Do not go to this gym. They don’t care about their members and their safety. You would be better going somewhere where you feel safe and comfortable working out.

Lots of machines, rooms and nice enough locker room with steam and sauna.
I bought the pool/​exercise package which is extra. The class offerings are skimpy especially evenings and weekends. The Yoga class is downright dangerous and that is hard to accomplish. Don’t try it. The pool has been out of commission for over a month. Stick to the basic package. I did not find it dirty.
Inquired this week as to why members had not been offered compensation such as an extra membership month for the loss of pool time, the main reason I chose ²⁴⁄₇. I was told to check my contract and this was not reimbursable and besides, «the repairs cost a lot of money”(my problem?). I thought this was a major inconvenience and not the same as an occassional class cancellation. I let the manager of the day know I would be Unilocaling about this and her reply was that they get plenty of good reviews. I would suggest some customer service education such as Farrell’s.» Give ‘em the pickle” available on You Tube.

I wish I could give this gym zero stars. I have been a member since the new place opened. Lots of false promises were made. The gym is barely completed. The equipment constantly breaks and takes weeks for repair. The locker rooms are absolutely disgusting and don’t get cleaned for weeks and to top it off the steam room smelled like urine. There are so many other gyms in the area that take care of their facilities better than this place. I recommend no one join this place even though the cost is cheap and hope current members bail on this place.

If you want to work out in a dirty gym and swim in a gross scum filled pool than join!
This place is gross! Their contracts are poorly written and their staff is not knowledgable, rude, and extremely unprofessional. When they decided to charge my husband account for another year of service after the gym membership was cancelled, they continued charging my account. I called to speak with them and was hung up on!
I would never recommend this place to anyone!

We joined when the gym was GOLDS gym in 2011. We are moving out of the area and sent a request to cancel our membership. First request was ignored, second request made in writing was ignored. I called the office and spoke to someone at the front desk who was very rude. Sent a third request via FED EX with Signature required and called two days later to be told there was a $ 500 cancellation fee??? Having my credit card cancel auto deduction and waiting for the owner, Mr. Martino to call me.

Really miss the old staff.

I am on a serious weight loss, healthy living journey and this gym is my final stop! I have been to all gyms in the surrounding area, YMCA, Planet Fitness, WOW, etc. and nothing compares to this gym.
The staff here are amazing, they are extremely friendly and helpful. The space in the gym is great, it really never feels over crowded. The pool is SALT water which is so beneficial to the skin, it feels very refreshing. Showers, are always clean and the bathrooms always smell lovely! I would give this place a 5 however there are a few things such as the enrollment fee, and classes. I wish there were more classes offered and more times, but I am sure in time with new instructors coming on there will be more classes. This is a great place for families or individuals like myself who just want to work out and have fun. Not to mention I bring a buddy for free! There is a small rate if friends participate in classes but ay, it’s worth it! the location isn’t that great for me at least because it is so far from the highway and deep in an industrial park, but I guess this is what makes it so exclusive. I wish the owner would open up more locations closer to the Taunton area (wishful thinking), but he is doing a great job where he is now. TRY IT OUT, you won’t regret it. Just walking into the place will motivate you to workout hard.

I think the staff is nice and helpful. However, the gym hasn’t been cleaned since their grand opening. The locker room area and bathrooms are neglected. The individual lockers need to be cleaned. I looked at 3 lockers before finding one that didn’t have crumbs or trash (wrappers & empty water bottles). The water fountain was finally cleaned after someone complained to the staff person on duty. As you head up to the 2^nd floor, you’ll see huge dust balls ad hair all around the steps. The kids room (for pre-​teens) is never open when you need it so the kids really don’t have a place here. The kids hours are 9 — 12. My kids are in school at that time. They also don’t have extended hours for kids during school breaks or weekends. The yoga room is so dusty, the woman next to me couldn’t stop sneezing. I’ve seen the staff do some light cleaning of the counters and general areas, but that’s not enough for a place this size. They should hire a professional cleaning company to come in and really clean the gym on a regular basis. Also, kids aren’t allowed in the pool unless you’re with them and if a water exercise class is going on they’ll have to wait for the class to end. So check the pool schedule before you go. Kids can not be left at the pool without an adult, so don’t plan on hitting the gym floor while the kids swim at the pool. The family changing rooms are a good idea but if you have to leave, you can’t get to your locker if there is a family using the room. You’ll have to wait for that family to leave the room before you can get to your stuff. They should have put the lockers outside the rooms. Not sure if I’ll renew my family membership. I may renew just for myself not the family. I like the 24 hour schedule. This gym is not welcoming to 5 to 12 year olds. There isn’t anything for this age group unless you sign them up for boxing (not included with membership — extra fee). As for my family, we may check out the Y down the road. I heard it’s packed with activities for youngsters and is very clean.

Never had an issue here, guys at the front desk are nice, the equipment is all pretty new and functioning. There’s a barber shop, a pool and all sorts of classes.
I really wish they had more kickboxing/​pilates/​zumba classes after 6 pm for all of us 9 – 5 workaholics :(

Goggled ²⁴⁄₇ Family Gym to get number to check on hours for the 4^th and saw blog trashing the place and it staff so thought someone else should provide there opinion on the place. Stop going there myself because of all the construction that seemed no stop. Couple of weeks ago was my first time back at Family Gym after a few months off and glad I gave it another chance! Boxing Room is completed and ROCKS! Basic treadmill and machine workout gyms just do not compare; between the pool, sauna, steam room, indoor track, and basketball court I have to schedule a couple extra hours for my workout. As far as the staff my I have only encounter a few of them; the kid at the pool was able to carry on a polite informative conversation on the gym it hours and when would be the least busy times at the pool. The second employee was the counter person who jumped out from behind the counter to show me how to use the mini key safe and then asked if I wanted him to give me a tour. Only other person was the woman working the front desk who always says hi and bye every time I go there. Therefore, as far as customer service I would say the staff lets you do you thing and does not push the gym but if you ask questions, they seem to be informed and helpful. Too Bad you close at noon on the today, was looking to have a nice sweat before tonight but, like that you give you workers the day to enjoy America’s Birthday.
