Extra Space Storage

We had a sudden need for short term storage and reached out to Heather at Extra Space Storage in Canton. She was fantastic: polite, professional and efficient. In less than 30 minutes we were on our way with our problem solved! Two thumbs up!

I have always had a fantastic experience at Extra Space. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I was deciding between two storage space sizes and they made sure that I was satisfied with my choice! I would come back in a heartbeat!

Rented a surface level space for an oversized vehicle — the customer service was friendly, but not fake, and professional, none of that hard-​sell attitude. Kudos to Heather the manager and the assistant manager, Jim, who both responded to questions/​messages promptly, Jim even called around to other ESS locations to see if I could find something similar to them but closer to Boston, but no luck. I loved that the lot is well maintained and very secure with an electronic gate that is locked when not in immediate use and the price couldn’t be beat! I couldn’t find anything else like it in the Boston Metro area. Setting up the lease was very smooth, the lease has very reasonable terms, and no problems with move-​in or setting up a payment arrangement, since this was for my work. I hope Extra Space Storage treats its employees as well as their employees treat their customers!

This was a great place to use for storage. The price could not be beat and the manager was very friendly and helpful. Both these reasons are why I would recommend this storage facility and use it again.

Rented storage for two cars — one indoor and one outdoor. Very impressed with the staff and the prices they offered. Jim and Bob take very good of the place, the place is well secured and so clean ! Bob offered us a particular price and tried to get more discounts but could not because of corporate’s decision. Either way it was still a good deal !
We’re out of country and whenever calling the staff, they would let is know about our cars. Just felt good that we chose the place and stored our cars.
