Stopped in to look at one particular vehicle that was sold. Chris the owner showed us another car, went on the test drive and like the car a lot. Sat down to talk about the price. The salesman lowered the price, we went outside to talk it over. Less than two minutes later we went back inside, and the price went up $ 300. First time in 30+ of buying cars, the price went up in the middle of negotiations. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody.

HORRIBLE company. I traded in my car back in May 2015. I gave H&E a check to pay off the remaining amount on my trade.
I checked my credit yesterday (10÷7÷15) It was shown that they NEVER PAID OFF THE CAR! The car has now been sitting on my credit report showing a negative for the last 6 months. The car was sold without a title, the title is still being held by the fiancé company.
When I contacted H&E and they gave me an «opps it was an over sight» AN OVER SIGHT!!! YOU JUST SMASHED MY CREDIT!

I was hoping to have a better experience, but I must say 1 star sums it up. I work with a salesman for a week on a car and set up an appointment to look at the car. When I arrived an hour after I confirm I was on my way the car was not there. I was told the car was sold last night and taken to a body shop for a repair. I am not aware of any body shops open on a Saturday night, so I makes me believe the car was sold days before. The salesman apologized and offered me $ 400.00 off an car in stock if I wouldn’t give them a bad review, so you can see I didn’t take the offer.

have serviced my car at this location three separate times now after it came highly recommended by members of my family. the first time I had my brakes checked because of strange noises (after I had already gone to the dealership and was told there was no problem) and they kept me informed about my vehicle throughout the process, and called quite a few different places to get the parts at the cheapest price for me. everything was done on the same day in a very timely manner and works perfectly.
my second and third visits were for an oil change. best price I’ve ever paid and they finished in 25 minutes. can’t be beat.
overall extremely honest mechanics and staff and great experience dealing with all of the employees.

We recently bought a 2011 crossover and were happy with the sales experience overall. Less so with the person handling the finance side of things. I give credit to Chris O’Neill for ultimately making everything right, even addressing some issues that were in plain site when we bought the vehicle but noticed afterwards. My family has purchased close to a dozen vehicles over the past 20 years from H&E so very happy to see they are continuing to focus on long term repeat business through customer satisfaction. I will definitely be checking their inventory for my next purchase.
