Better than average pricing for dry cleaning services. Got my dry cleaning in by 10 and had it ready same day around 1 or 2. No complaints

I attempted to use Klinke to get same-​day dry cleaning. Unfortunately, I arrived at 10:08, 8 minutes past their cutoff for same day. I offered to pay double, triple, or quadruple to get the service done, and the girl behind the counter refused to help me offering that they could have them finished by Monday (this was a Saturday). Why wouldn’t the business practice be to give your customers cushion? If the machine or process has to be started at 10, tell your customers to drop off by 9:30, knowing that you protect customers that are going to be a few minutes late. I did not feel like my business was valued or needed. I felt like I was a bother for the employees and that my tardiness was inexcusable. I don’t go to a dry cleaner to be judged and treated like a third-​class citizen. I have no reason to give them any business in the future.
