Natural Color Lab

I had to update my review.
I finally found time out of my work day to go and pick up my item and I was really pleased with the product.
The biggest thing I would note here is that they have office hours (9 – 5, M-​F); this is not a retail establishment. You’d likely need to get your item shipped to you which I’m not a fan of because you don’t get to see it before you pay for it.

Phenomenal customer service, very friendly staff who perform quality work. Highly recommended.

Natural Color Labs is the best on the south shore.

Amazing prices and quality. Or rather, amazing quality, and shockingly cheap prices that one wouldn’t expect matched with this quality. Speedy shipping, and their upload software is easy to work with (despite its 1.0 appearance). I will be exclusively using them; thank goodness for no more CVS crap.

I have been using Natural Color for about a year now. It took a few tries to get my monitor color balanced with their machines, but once I did things got really easy (they have a nice tutorial and 3 free color matching printings, so the effort did not cost me a dime!). They have so many products and papers it is a little daunting. But any question that I have is quickly and troughly answered. I have about half my orders shipped (only $ 2/​order) and the other half I pick up. THe staff is very friendly and has even given me a couple of tours. THey are amazingly fast in production too. I have had a couple misprints (my mistake) and they quickly reprinted free of charge. Not many places are that amazing. I can not say enough good about them, but hopefully you get the point. Love this lab and when I relocate back to CA next year I will continue to use them remotely. Thanks for being such an outstanding business!

I have been using natural Color Lab for 6 years now, and although I’m not a huge studio, I’m still amazed at the customer service they extend. When living in the Boston area, I would drop by and pick up my order myself, and was always treated very warmly. On the very few times my order was wrong, it was quickly fixed, and always with an apology. The prices are good, the product is excellent, and their customer service is amazing. They actually talked me through my first digital download over the phone. After relocating over a thousand miles away, I tried several local labs, only to be disappointed, and I have gone back to Natural Color, the product speaks for itself.

I found Natural Color Lab with a Google search for digital printing services. They handled printing of 5 digital images for me (one of which was on display at Nile Lounge in Allston btw) at a very reasonable price.
The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when discussing paper types to select and what size images could be printed and look good from digital files.
I have been very pleased with their work.
