If I could give it no stars I would. I’m out 2k because of this guy. Do not give him your money. I guarantee you will regret it.

This man is running a complete scam. I ordered a mattress and he said it would arrive the following week and that he would call me to schedule delivery. Three weeks later I finally called him because I had not heard anything. He said it was coming in that week and, again, he’d call me to schedule delivery. The following Monday I hadn’t heard anything. I called and left a voicemail, to no response. I called the next day and left a second voicemail saying if I did not receive my mattress by the next week I would cancel the order — no response. Finally I called my credit card company and filed a dispute against the charges. Well they must have contacted him because only then did he call me to schedule delivery of my mattress. The day of delivery I’d heard nothing from him or the delivery service. I called and he said he would only send them out when I had resubmitted my payment information to him. Having learned something from the last time, I told him I would give him my credit card only upon receipt of my product. He refused and said he would cancel the order.
I never got my mattress and I don’t believe he ever had any intention of getting it to me. Luckily my credit card company was a huge help, because dealing with this man was an absolute nightmare. Save yourself a month of stress and go to a reputable place.

So, I tried writing a review for this place earlier but was told by Unilocal that it wasn’t a «first hand account». So, here is my first hand account of this complete crap hole. The guy is a con artist. He will take your money and then disconnect his phone and email.
I literally had to drive back to his warehouse and ask for my money back after waiting 2 weeks for nothing arrive.
Do no ever do business with this man. He will rip you off.

I went to their warehouse sale and found a mattress set that was JUST what I was looking for, at a great price. I paid for the set in full and scheduled delivery for a week or so after. Day before delivery, I hadn’t heard from them to confirm delivery time (like they said they would) so I called and emailed, and got an email reply confirming 6−8pm delivery the following day, with a call an hour ahead. On the day of delivery, not a single call or email, and the delivery never came. I have left about a dozen voicemails and emails and haven’t gotten a single response. I have nowhere to sleep in my new apartment and hundreds of dollars spent with nothing to show for it. I don’t recommend this place unless you can pick up your item yourself, on the spot.

I’ve had nothing but good luck here. My boyfriend got a whole bedroom set — one he didn’t have to assemble himself — for about $ 800. It was delivered whole, brought upstairs, and all we had to do was unwrap it. Great deals, nice guy in the front office (his kids’ drawings on the walls are cute:), and did I mention GREAT DEALS? Give it a shot!
